Pre Trade Analysis CPI GOLD
XAUUSD listen carefully ,first of all i recived lots of private messages that u r happy u made a lot of profit since last week with me , urwelcome:)
ok listen carefully , we have inflation data , this is important to fed , they hope from bottom of their heart that it shows some sign of easing , they expect it comes .4% like previous month , BUT i expect it comes .35% , which is easing a bit inflation , because powll yesterday was completely dovish , he wants to cut rates anyway , and the way that he was talking it was like he saw the cpi news already , and he knew that could be weakening which made him to be more dovish , he said their not happy with result but inflation coming down for sure
so today cpi could mix or weaker than expected , either way gold buy , because of cutting the intrest rate , lest imagin worse case and core inflation comes hotter than expected now what ?
in this moment in algo trading in the moment taht news is out it will drop , BUT DO NOT SELL , because thi smenas inflationary and whcih measn buy gold , so let it drop the momnet u see a rejection and range jump into the buy trade and got for ATHs
