If the price is higher than the pivot, open long, TP1 at 2010, and TP2 at 2020, cut loss if the price is lower than the pivot.
If the price is lower than the pivot, open short, TP1 at 1987 and TP2 at 1973, cut loss if the price is higher than the pivot.
