If the price is higher than the pivot, open long, TP1 at 2195, and TP2 at 2205, cut loss if the price is lower than the pivot.
If the price is lower than the pivot, open short, TP1 at 2154 and TP2 at 2133, cut loss if the price is higher than the pivot.
