What is the trend and subtrend
-TREND (major):is the HTF trend which is either bullish or bearish
-SUBTREND (minor): is the LTF trend which is either bullish or bearish
when the major trend is bullish , the minor trend is either bullish or bearish
and when the major trend is bearish , the minor trend is either bearish or bullish
the point is to pick the minor trend in its extreme pullback and jump to the market and follow the major trend
Sometimes the subtrend mask the direction of the major trend and give you the impression of exhaustion or change of the trend .Take care .
