If the price is higher than the pivot, open long, TP1 at 2026, and TP2 at 2043, cut loss if the price is lower than the pivot.
If the price is lower than the pivot, open short, TP1 at 1997 and TP2 at 1986, cut loss if the price is higher than the pivot.
