If the price is higher than the pivot, open long, TP1 at 2027, and TP2 at 2035, cut loss if the price is lower than the pivot.
If the price is lower than the pivot, open short, TP1 at 2011 and TP2 at 2004, cut loss if the price is higher than the pivot.
