Just to give a clear indication how this consolidation is working out over time. Bitcoin Plus peaked very high and the team says it has picked up active development again, wanting to advertise and growing the userbase. Some updates are already being done and others are being voted for, which are slowly enrolled. If the coin takes off similar to Pink, we could see a 111% increase to retrace. The other possible retracements are also in the chart, so keep an eye open for 16 May.

"So what's next for The XBC Project ?

Our Freelance Coder Mammix2 is already working on the next wallet update. A big part of the XBC Project is improve the end user experience. For instance In the next wallet update we are looking to create a GUI (Graphical User Interface) so that the Command Line doesn't have to be used to complete basic functions. Secure messaging should just work by the click of a button. The end user shouldn't have to use a command line to activate it. Simple things that will increase the whole user experience.

Alongside wallet updates we are scoping out Segwit and the Lightning Network. As far as I'm aware there is no Proof of Stake Coin with our codebase that has successfully implemented either of these yet. We are therefore monitoring this closely and reaching out to experts in this field in order to obtain quotes.

The Roadmap Voting will be updated shortly. Team member Rushmybitcoin is starting the process of hiring a professional to produce a show case viral video for XBC. Ultimate aim is to have an entire catalogue of videos not only to promote XBC but to include detailed tutorials on how to the XBC wallet.

The last update I can give you is in regards to the Cointelegraph Article that we released just over a month ago. cointelegraph.com/news/meet-bitcoin-plus-the-next-great-cryptocu.... This received over 11,000 views and 445 shares. It also provided a fair number of new users to the website. All in all I would say it was a great success. However since that article Cointelegraph have raised their prices. The original plan was to use Cointelegraph once a month or so however we feel the limited funds we have would be better spent on other areas of marketing. Recently up and coming news outlet - Cryptoninjas produced a nice article for us. cryptoninjas.net/2017/05/16/crypto-gateway-coinpayments-adds-bitcoinplus-xbc/

We will also start our coinmarketcap banner promotion once the new wallet has been released and there are no apparent urgent issues to address. Coinmarketcap is already our highest referer of new traffic to the XBC website. I'm very optimistic with the up and coming banner campaign.
