Btc is likely to go down from here, shorting is legal.

This is most likely the local top, now we go lower. Would be real great to get a short anywhere around 3750-3800 (didnt catch that entry)

I really did not expect price to go much higher then 3800. Last add at 3845 with a full stop at 3921.
It does feels like we are at distribution right now.

Nothing unexpected happened, price failed to hold 3800 after 3900 test -> hello 3700 and 3650. Still in short avg 3800, stop still at 3920. If you are in something like that aswell, i would suggest looking for 3550 to take some profits and adjust stops.

As a bear i dont think we are in a clear here. Price might make a move up to 3820 just to retest/take newly formed highs, as long as it stays away from 3900 there is no need to worry.
