Technically, it is more probable that the upper resistance ceiling be broken for a bullish run, but I feel we will have another pullback to the lower trend line because of end of cycle, banks stage 1 reserves under funding might hit earnings pretty soon as the bank rebalance their reserves to cushion real estate defaults. A catalyst could be Canadian authority crack down on money laundering into REITs from abroad.

Also the protectionism wave across the globe may have China enforce capital flow restrictions and may prevent rich Asians to buy REITs abroad. A catalyst for REITs bubbles to pop. Australians are the first to get hit because they are even more expose to that phenomena and their economy being a lot more integrated with China.Note
Economies slowing down globally. Peak auto hinted by weak output numbers by major industries.This upper trend cycle will soon be challenged. I'm worried about those bail-in rules.
