Stellar (XLM) is a potentially extremely profitable but highly controversial asset. On the one hand, with the current CEO Denelle Dixon, the digital asset started gaining some real traction, the inflation rate was reduced down to 0, and half of the supply was burned, which made the asset’s value increase exponentially. On the other hand, under Denelle Dixon, Stellar made a controversial partnership with Elliptic backed by Wells Fargo and announced that Stellar has intentions to serve Central Banks, which goes against the spirit of crypto. With large amounts of money injected by institutions in lumens, expect XLM to thrive in the short-term (1 to 2 years). However, this crypto, in my view, is not a cryptocurrency of the global future.
