just an idea... but after the SWIFT and R3 news.... who knows maybe we just go through this level like is nothing heheh!! I can always be completely wrong as Im high and drunk haha

izakmerwe, R3 launches payments settlement app Settler to settle transactions on network. First supported settlement method: XRP

SWIFT will use R3 which use XRP... you make the maths
