Simple Ripple 1 hour idea. Breakout should lead to a higher high in my opinion.

The 30 minute chart is showing some indication of a potential break out here. Let's see if the bulls will take advantage of this opportunity and start the move. We can see the 20 MA and the 50 MA just trying to move up through the 200.
