This is not a XRP break out! .45?
XRP has formed a sub-local H&S which indicates a small reversal of this last drop from the .5 cents. It looks like its going to be a WXY correction up that should bring it anywhere between .44 and .455. We are right now on the leg up which will contain a sub (abc) within the XY wave.
