read in between the lines..this new system is to help adjust these new regulations. We call it a trade war...it's called "lets find a middle point" lets "level the playing field" ...we have heard it time after time. These old folks move slow...but they're addressing problems that have to be fixed...so why not make a little future money by patiently waiting????
