XRP Plane Ready For Take Off... Ready?

XRP has formed that triangle which everyone assumes it will breakout to the up-side.... BUT I feel that we have been faked out too many times that it is actually time for this to come through, & with some good Fundamental news for coming up around Nov. 7th, we should see that bullish breakout.
