The whole Dog 'n Pony show with the SEC lawsuit w/ Ripple is just that, a big show. Like the gov going after tobacco in the late 90s, then made them more dangerous in 2008 when B.H.O. got in. Carry on, you and McCain arm ISIS and topple the middle east.
Like the anti-trust lawsuit against Bill Gates /Microsoft in the 90's, settled early 2000s. Carry on Bill.. now we want you to be the world doctor and help create dangerous jabs and come up with plans for jab passports. At the same time, we allow you to monopolize farm land so only the elites live high on the hog, while the common folk starve and are forced to eat Gate's dangerous lab grown meat. It's all a joke! Worst case scenario here is we trade down the handle for a while until Ripple settles in a fanfare approval.
In the meantime, Blackrock has been selling XRP as a security for years.

Okay, I'll finally make a case for this descending triangle amidst a bull market.Is it possible? yes! Likely, yes! I don't like it, I'll admit. Ignore the thick green line, that's for a future post and I didn't feel like removing it. I can see it playing out for one reason only: Blackrock didn't get enough and wants to shake the walnut tree hard and use the Ripple lawsuit as an excuse to get it done. Here you go:
