1.23 could be numbered 1(blue), so we should recognize 2(blue).
1.0172 could be 2 as of now.
However, if 1.0172 is broken, Fib61.8(1.0002) would be 2.
It would be a good opportunity to have a long at 1.0002.
*As long as 0.8582 remains unbroken, this idea is valid.
