XRP huge move

We are looking at the XRPUSDT chart on the 1hour chart and can clearly see a pennant or also known as a symmetrical triangle.
By taking the right measurments we can set a price target and and it's huge around 20% price increase or decrease we still don't know that will be known when a breakout happens.
We have to wait for the breakout to hapen before taking any action.
