Hi All,
The indicators seem to suggest that it is.
This resistance would likely break while BTC looks to break the 19400 resistance.
Might have a day or 2 for XRP to break this.
How you trade it, either wait for the breakout (confirmation) or look for consolidation under this resistance for confirmation.
Overview shows this is a significant resistance.
If it breaks, XRP can go very high.
