How I Use Multi Timeframe Analysis to Capture LARGE Price SwingsDISCLAIMER: This is not trade advice. Trading involves real risk. Do your own due diligence.
TUTORIAL:
Today, I demonstrate the thought process and mechanical steps I take when trading my Multi-Timeframe strategy. We take a look at US Treasuries, which have offers a classic lesson in how to apply this approach.
As you will see, throughout the year, this approach took some losses prior to getting involved in the "real" move which we anticipated. No strategy is perfect, and I do not purport this to be perfect. It is a rules based and effective way to read price. This strategy is great for people who don't have a lot of time to spend at the charts. I would classify this more as an "investing" strategy when utilizing the 12M-2W-12H timeframe.

Head & Shoulders pattern: 10 year yield could drop to 2.87%The series of tops shaped notorious Head & Shoulders pattern
on 10-Year Treasury yield (TNX).
The tallest peak is the Head and Shoulders are on both sides.
The Neckline is the support that is built through valleys of the Head.
The price has breached the Neckline this summer triggering the pattern bullish scenario.
The target is calculated by subtracting the height of the Head (from top to Neckline) from
breakdown point on the Neckline. It is located around 2.87%.

US02Y-US10Y 🎯Wells Fargo Chart of the Week 🎯💰🤔Hey Fam. 😊🙏Just wanted to share this information with you all.. I found it very interesting.. This was a chart of week that Wells Fargo shared on there site. US Treasury Yield Curve and Inversions. This chart shows three times during the past three decades in which the yield curve inverts. An inversion is when the rate of a shorter term debt security is higher than the rate of a longer term debt security. This is identified on this chart in 2000, 2006, 2019.
Treasury Debt Securities:
Bill; less than one year to maturity at issue.
Note; greater than one year but less than 10 years to maturity at issue.
Bond; greater than 10 years to maturity at issue.
In 2000 the yield of the 3 month US Treasury Bill was about 6.3% while the yields of both the 5 year Note and 30 year Bond were around 5.8%.
In 2006 the yield of the 3 month US Treasury Bill was about 5.1% while the yields of both the 5 year Note and 30 year Bond were around 4.9%.
In 2019 the yield of the 3 month US Treasury Bill was about 2.3% while the yield of the 2 year Note was around 1.8%.
Triangle On Treasuries Suggests Limited Upside On StocksHello traders!
Today we will talk about treasuries (10year US Notes) and stocks (S&P500).
Well, as you may already know, treasuries and stocks are more or less in negative correlation and what we have noticed that 10y US Notes can be forming a big bullish triangle, while S&P500 can be finally finishing a five-wave rally from lows.
In EW theory, triangles are usually continuation patterns, so seems like treasuries can be headed higher, which means that stocks can see limited upside, especially now when we can clearly see five waves up from lows and according to EW rules, after every five waves, a three-wave pullback follows!
That said, if we are right, then ideal scenario would be a rally into the final wave "v" on treasuries, while stocks may see a deeper a-b-c correction! So, be aware of a potential sell-off and risk-off mode on stocks.
