5 Trades this week & +2.40% 😆 / Part 1In this Weekly Review I breakdown my thought process for my first 4 trades of the week. The video was cut short due to a 20 Minutes max length for tradingview. I just learned about this since I am new to video analyses on tradingview. I will be uploading the Part 2 for my final (5th) trade of the week at some point this weekend.
If you enjoyed the video, please leave a rocket or a comment 😁
I will be making more video analysis for the channel as I have been enjoying them myself. Anyways have a nice weekend.

A trick to record video ideas in Tradingview great sound qualityIn this tutorial, I'll show you how to publish a video you've already made to TradingView with good sound quality.
You can also use this method to record sounds from other videos.
So you can easily make your video with software like OBS and publish it with good sound quality.
Also this method can be useful for those who have live stream or plan to create and record video ideas online on TradingView, when they want to play a video or an audio they have already prepared in good sound quality.
I hope the video was helpful and if you have any questions be sure to leave a comment so that I can help you.
Thank you!
First become a good trader then focus on the chartsFor day traders, traders who focus on technical analysis it is very important to first master the mental aspect of trading before they move to actual charting. This blog post and video will help you understand the path you need to take if you are a new or struggling trader.
The biggest challenge we see in new traders is that the new traders want to learn as quickly as possible to earn, they rush into trading live and that "rush" doesn't actually allow them to actually learn how to trade, successful trading comes in two parts, the first is mental skills and the second is a complete trading system, without having both of these traders fail.
I'll quote Richard Dennis, a legendary trader, to explain the importance of mindset,
I always say you could publish rules in a newspaper and no one would follow them. The key is consistency and discipline.
Discipline and consistency are mental skills, nothing to do with the system everything to do with the mindset. Meaning that you could have at your disposal the best trading system in the world, but if you don't follow it (with consistency and discipline) you are doomed to failure. - Since you simply won't follow the system.
Most of the great traders that I know or follow, who trade based on charts like us, were great traders first, now once they became great traders (mentally) then, after they because great traders they learned how to read charts and built or learnt trading systems.
Trading is the hardest easy job in the world, easy because you choose everything, from exposure, to when and where you work and all the way to how much you make or lose. You are in control and always will be, but you're only in control when you manage your mindset throughout the day with discipline and consistency.
The main reason we are sharing this is because we have gotten a lot of new members in our community and followers on tradingview, and we just want to help everyone new to us to master their emotions first and then focus on the profits!
Now, while I mention profits above I want to explain the correlation profits have to deeds, I firmly believe in cause and effect, and I believe it works in this way:
poor or average causes = poor or average results (losses, failure, stress)
Good causes = good results
Great or extraordinary causes = great or extraordinary results
Like I mention above, you get to choose everything you do in trading, this is the main difference between actual trading and gambling.
Who are you going to be today? A gambler or a trader? - The choice is always yours!
WHAT WE RECOMMEND TO NEW OR STRUGGLING TRADERS:
Our first recommendation is that you fully focus on yourself, find and accept your weaknesses or limitations.
Weaknesses are overtrading, no patience or discipline. Find them and create plans to remove them, if you're not challenging yourself you cannot be a good or great trader.
Limitations are not having much time, not having capital, not having knowledge, all of which you can work on if you're serious about trading success.
Next is the system, you must find or create a complete trading system... that is the easy part, all you need is a system that governs every aspect of your trading and we have one, not to make this promotional, but you can get our day trade for a living course here and replicate our system.
Now charts are important, very important so you must learn how to read charts, that will only come from practice, lots of practice! Think about it like this, if all the great businessmen/women, sports people and everyone in between practice (read, train etc) don't you think as a trader you need to do the same?
In a nutshell, first develop your mental trading skills, then you can use charts to supplement your trading skills. Just know this, without trading skills your charting knowledge will not be valuable. - You need them both!
Everything about the Stochastic oscillator !!!!Hello everyone , as we all know the market action discounts everything :)
A lot of people asked me about the Stochastic oscillator so i prepared this video for you guys explaining it please enjoy .
or if you prefer to reading :
First thing you need to know is that the stochastic oscillator is a momentum index just like the RSI it looks at the price momentum.
A DR.George Lane developed it in the 1950s.
So let us talk about the stochastic oscillator now
it has 2 lines %K (blue color) and %D (Red color)
this is how we use it :
1_ the Stochastic oscillator indicates overbought and oversold state of the market cuz the stochastic is a bounded indicator that means its bounded between 0 and 100 range ( above 80 overbought , bellow 20 oversold )
2_we use it to identify buy and sell signals using crossovers:
• If %K crosses below %D then it’s a sell signal
• If %k crosses above %D then it’s a buy signal
3_Divergance between the price and the Oscillator
We have 2 types of the Stochastic Oscillator:
Fast and slow
The difference between the Fast and Slow stochastic is:
1. The Fast stochastic is more sensitive than the Slow stochastic ( the most common problem for oscillators is the number of false signals that they give so the Slow stochastic tries to solve that problem )
2. Slow stochastic smooths out the %K line by averaging over (d) period
so let me make it simple the %K line in the Slow Stochastic is like the %D in the fast stochastic
Now let us talk about the Formula
%K=100. (C-Ln/Hn-Ln)
Where C is the current closing price
Ln is low in (n) period
Hn is high in (n) period
(n) Is the number of period and the default value for (n) is 15
Now the %D is calculated like this
%D=average %K/ (d) period
(d) Is the number for period and the default value for (d) is 3

LEARNING HOW TO TRADE: E1 SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE In this video I will be speaking on the very basics of learning how to trade the stock market. The concepts of support and resistance are undoubtedly two of the most highly discussed attributes of technical analysis. Part of analysing chart patterns, these terms are used by traders to refer to price levels on charts that tend to act as barriers, preventing the price of an asset from getting pushed in a certain direction.
I am currently learning how to trade and I have decided to start a video series to help me understand what I believe I understand by trying to teach it. I am also starting this series as a video record to look back on in the future.
Happy Trading
Position Sizing in Trading - Educational VideoHello traders. In this Educational video I will talk about Position Sizing in trading. You know as a trader that the first part that you have to do when you're ready to get into a trade is how much you are willing to risk per trade. Position sizing refers to the number of units invested in a particular security by an investor or trader. An investor's account size and risk tolerance should be taken into account when determining appropriate position sizing.
TRADING PSYCHOLOGY MIND HACK - IMPROVE YOUR PATIENCE / VIDEOHey TV,

TRADE TRIGGERS - WHAT ARE THEY? / VIDEO / 10 MINUTES LONGHey TradingView -
In this video I cover the concept of trade triggers and what actually gets us into the markets. Specifically I try to illustrate the point that I keep making over and over:
>> GOOD TRADERS WILL SPOT THE SAME TRADE AROUND THE SAME AREA. WHERE THEY EXACTLY GET IN AND WHY WILL BE DIFFERENT <<
So I will show you a little bit of what I use to read the charts when it comes to picking an entry, as well as go over how you might use some of the more popular indicators to do the same - EMAs and Bollinger Bands specifically.
REMEMBER - your entry is NOWHERE near as important as your exit.
I hope this video is helpful. If it is, please kindly drop a like. As always, questions both in the comments and in DMs are always, always welcome.

How I use the same concepts over and over to setup my watchlist each week (forex, indices, commodities, metals, crypto)
* I focus on finding high-probability trade setups with good risk to reward
* These setups can be either trend reversals or trend continuations. The actual direction of the setup doesn't matter
* What does matter is WHERE on the chart these setups occur

HOW TO BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE AS A TRADER (WIN BIG & LOSE SMALL)** In the video I say EURO / Swiss Pound. I think I meant to say Swiss FRANC ** :)
This video is meant to cover a really important topic that I think holds back most people from being successful in the markets. In this video I cover:
1) There's a difference between being a good analyst and being a good trader
2) How to empower yourself by learning to trust your analysis
3) 3 optimal trading environments and how top-down timeframe analysis lets us identify which environment we are in
If you find this video helpful, please leave a like and a comment!
Good luck out there and remember ALWAYS win BIG and lose SMALL :)
End of day action on EURUSD and US30In this video I look at an interesting compression on the 15 min EURUSD and quickly review a critical price position on the US30.
This follows up from my other videos.
A strong EURO is not great for the Ger30, so if it strengthens around now, there could be more bearish pressure on the DAX.
The DAX tends to rule the worlds markets and has not suffered as serious corrections as the US30, as yet.
I'm not saying I'm right about any of these positions and how I assess them. The important things I think is to share thoughts and learn from others. I'm always happy to learn a different way, see a different perspective, and to stand corrected if I've made glaring errors.
Best wishes
Walker.
The dangers in listening to the newsI'm sharing a chart to give my sentiments about listening to the news. New traders especially tend to listen to the news and website opinions about where markets are heading. I show a bit on how I approached a particular situation on the US30.
A lot of news is late and people who create news items or blogs have their own biases, based on the information they have.
The news can be dangerous to trading as it can cause a trader to become apprehensive, doubtful and stay out of trade setups that may be quite sound for entry.
News can be depressing and cause a trader anxiety.
Some very important earthshaking news may be useful e.g. some major monetary policy change in Europe or America. But on the whole, listening to or reading news is fraught with problems.
I've found that I make better decisions when I approach the markets with a kind of fearlessness described by Mark Douglas . The fearless state of mind is not 'recklessness'. It is about calmly making decisions and accepting risks in a reasonable way, based on a tested strategy.
None of the above or the video is advice to traders.
