5-0 Pattern
Thankful for this Bearish 5-0 Forming on NQI'm also thankful for the futures market staying open and allowing for the first bearish continuation to occur on the weekly timeframe in about 20 months.
This could get really interesting if this happens on Thanksgiving (when nobody suspects it).
Might want to keep an eye on this regardless of which way you lean.

Solana Looks Like it Wants To Take Some of ETH's Market CapSOL/ETH has a potential ABCD BAMM which looks more likely to playout now that we have a nice looking Bullish 5-0 formation at the highs with a decent amount of Hidden Bullish Divergence. This may lead to us rallying up to and above the B point of our ABCD which by then we should have a clear runup to the D point at the 2.618 Fibonacci extension.
Shorting USDCAD Following the Que From EURCADI decided to take a que from a similar trade in EURCAD. However, I believe EURCAD makes a better trade than this one in USDCAD.
Technicals:
A daily 5-0 Harmonic Pattern or a 50% pb.
A dHd on the tech
1.2612 horizontal resistance that lines up with the 50% fib level.
GBPAUD - 5-0 PatternA Bullish Shark Pattern has taken place on both 1-hourly and 15minutes charts of GBPAUD.
The market has reached and touched the 5-0pattern formation at 1.8358. If you like the deal to be sweetened, you can wait for the retest at 1.8366 without closing above 1.8368 for a shorting opportunity at the retest of the previous high.
Some traders would read the retest as double top, but it is not a double top.
Weekly Bearish Harami at PCZ of Bearish 5-0 on PalantirWe are at the PCZ of a bearish 5-0 and the weekly candle which is currently opened is as of right now a Bearish Harami but it hasn't closed yet but since i like to speculate and get the best price i will be entering a bearish position tomorrow in anticipation of the weekly closing bearishly and i suspect that it will make a lower low down to the 0.886 retracement.
nifty hourly chart gann viewnifty has created a 5-0 pattern in price action, 17530 becoming a buying zone with stoploss 17480for chart mentioned resistance targets, below 17500 a bearish view might come where 17350 will be a major support. 17890 becoming the median line of 2008 market top exactly from there market has plunged, quite possible a more downtrend we can see if 17500 breaks, but as it is a close above 17500 for the first time ever, next week nifty must be safe above 17500. as for a long time there were no sharp downward movement as given today, gann fan has been put the top to analyze further the market behaviour, as long as the upper 1/8 line is crossed over, nifty to be considered in an alert mode.
Weekly Bearish Engulfing Bearish 5-0 May Take Us Down to 12KIt's not completely hopeless for the bulls yet but from the looks of things on the charts it seems way more likely that BTC will see 12.5K again rather than it seeing all time highs anytime soon. The Weekly Bearish Engulfing makes the perfect rejection signal at this Pattern Completion Zone.
I think we just spotted the trend reversal.
EURUSD-Weekly Market Analysis-Sep21,Wk3Last week, I've shared with you a Bearish Shark and Bearish Crab Pattern. If you have engaged the trade, that would give you 83pips of profit, which is 830USD/lot traded and you have not reached the first target yet.
If the market retest 1.1800, that is an opportunity for you to engage for a shorting opportunity.
I will be waiting for a double top when the market retest at 1.1776-1.1750 for a buying opportunity.
understanding 5-0 harmonic patterns-2It can be seen that a harmonic 5-0 made in 30 min time frame which was a bullish 5-0 pattern, failing to sustain at the support .50 retracement a plunge in price action seen which was too fast like the previous example where it becomes extremely difficult to react so fast to decide except to book a loss as fast as possible.
it is requested to you all who are viewing this article to view with the previous 5-0 pattern to get a clear idea about the 5-0 patterns. However I am once again mentioning the 5-0 pattern rules.
What is the 5-0 harmonic pattern?
Just as it is with the shark pattern, the 5-0 harmonic pattern is a relatively new pattern. Carney discovered it and wrote about this pattern in the second book in his harmonic series, ‘Harmonic Trading: Volume Two’.
The 5-0 pattern is easily one of the wonkiest looking patterns. Depending on the amount of knowledge you have about harmonic patterns, the 5-0 will look different, and this is mainly because the 5-0 pattern begins a 0. If you are familiar with seeing XABCD, then 0XABCD will undoubtedly look different.
The patterns are relatively new but are getting more popular lately. It stands out from the other harmonic patterns because it is meant to begin a new trend rather than discover retracement. There are two types of this pattern, bullish and bearish.
The convergence zones discovered with the help of the shark pattern makes it possible for us to accurately detect the rebound but doesn’t necessarily lead to the restoration of the previous trend. On the other hand, regular rollbacks aim to determine the ability of the forces dominant on the market in the previous period (bears or bulls) to get the initiative back to their disposal. If they are not sufficient, the last reversal of the previous trend occurs, but already within another pattern – 5-0 harmonic pattern.
How to identify the 5-0 pattern?
The 5-0 pattern begins with either an uptrend or a downtrend which gets exhausted and draws zigzag like corrective movements. The qualities of the 5-0 pattern to look at include:
AB movement has to be 1.13 to 1.618 retracement of XA.
BC movement has to be 1.618 to 2.24 retracement of an AB.
CD movement ought to be 0.5 retracements of BC
C should be between 0.886 and 1.13 of 0X movement
If the conditions are satisfied, some traders trade the last leg of CD. They entering at C with a stop below 2.24 of AB retracement and aiming at 50 percent correction of BC movement.
The 5-0 harmonic pattern is traded when the price is getting to point D. The stop-loss is positioned a few ticks below/above the farthest possible D level. Unlike a lot of the other patterns, 5-0 doesn’t have specific targets because it usually begins a new trend. Here the pattern fib ratios don’t matter much. Entries might be done with a limit order or on price reversals away from point D. All entries have to be confirmed for risk/reward ratio. Entries having less risk/reward have to be taken cautiously or discarded altogether.

In our example, current stock AUBANK has shown a classic 0xabcd pattern or in other words 5-0 harmonic pattern. It is a bearish 5-0 pattern where most of the XABCD pattern swing traders would have forced either to become a long term investor or book a loss who have not booked at
.50 retracement as everything has happened too fast to react on.
As technology is developing everyday , so as the traps are becoming too much knotty to decode and survive as a swing trader, for a swing trader"s job is to find swings every time and dive with the trend and this type of complex patterns ends up his/her dream as a bad bad nightmare.
So, this effort by me is especially for the swing traders who are welcomed to enlighten more on this topic and to go updated as this pattern is said to be new.
USDJPY - 5-0 PatternConsolidation in the 5-0 Pattern is what traders who shorted the Shark Pattern don't want to see. A break and close below the blue box will ease the mind of many. However, Profession traders will look closely at that level and decide should they liquidate their 2nd Target and go long.
You don't need to stare at the screen, just set an alert and let technology alert you and decide when the candlestick close.
