ADAUSD: 1W MA50 holding. About to explode parabolically to $5.00Cardano tested last week and held (closed the 1W candle over it) the 1W MA50 for the first time since October 2023. The 1D technical outlook is oversold (RSI = 29.115, MACD = -0.050, ADX = 36.349) and the 1W timeframe bearish (RSI = 44.076). The pattern it is printing though is very much like September 2020, when after successfully holding the 1W MA50, it started rising again until it broke out parabolically above the HH trendline. The Cycle top was formed a little under the 1.236 Fibonacci extension. Consequently we are targeting the same symmetric Fib (TP = 5.00). ADAUSD: Buying not over yet.Cardano has turned overbought on the 1W timeframe (RSI = 79.294, MACD = 0.031, ADX = 45.270) being on the strongest weekly candle since the previous Bull Cycle and the August 9th 2021 week. Despite that, the market doesn't seem to be done buying as the pattern is an Ascending Triangle whose HH top is exactly on the 1D MA200. Those two along with the R2 level (0.6865) of the May 30th 2022 High make a Triple Resistance Zone. Consequently, if the R1 level is crossed, we will buy the breakout and target just under this Triple R Zone (TP = 0.67500). ADA triangle structure target 0.282h time frame - From our previous ADA analysis, we mentioned the long-term trendline was broken out.(ref.1) Currently, ADA is creating a potential triangle structure because every waves satisfied Fibonacci Retracement so far, which increases the triangle possibility. Further consideration is what kind of triangle here, uptrend continuation or reversal structure. ADA LONG HOLDADA just finished 1 to 5 Elliot Wave Theory downwards, broke out of a downtrend and started an ABC correction, we are forecasting that we already finished B wave of a correction because it is 61.8% zone of a fib retracement so we expect price to reverse and start to rise until it hits liquidity zone in $2.37 zone. This Hard Fork implementation will allow it to deal with more dApps and improve users experience also NasdaQ has listed Cardano as one of the coins to buy and hold forever, so once this Fork will be launched in the market we should see price sky rocket.
