AIR
APD, SOMETHING ABOUT AIR AND PD (EARNINGS SERIES)I have no idea what this is.
All technicals
They look good into earnings.
Potential to see a breakout under the tiny trend, and catch support at the tiny trend just under that one. It can easily breakout of the downtrend on earnings, and the projection to the upside is pretty decent.
Worth looking into if you play earnings. Especially if it starts to hit price targets and trends.
Airbus: Turbulence! 🌪️ 🛫Airbus shares continue to struggle at the resistance level of €139.40. In our primary assumption, the price should soon leave this level behind and complete the magenta-colored (1) with the top of the turquoise wave 5, before it goes down again significantly in the same color wave (2). If this downward journey is prolonged to the immediate vicinity of the support at €48.08, a new low of the gray old.II can be expected, shifted to the right. Primarily, however, we believe that the stock is already on the upswing of gray III, whose five-part magenta substructure should break out to its impulsive (3) after the low of (2) and set new all-time highs in the process.
LONG AIRLINES ACDVF, AC, JETS, AAL, DALTSX:AC Technical and Fundamental Reasons for going Long AC Air Canada, and AAL and JETS and DAL:
We are in a tightening 3 Month range in all airline names (And even in broader markets)
Given how we have come straight down from the highs, a multi week bounce with legs is likely and positioning in here would be a strong Risk / Reward entry.
While DXY the dollar is set for monthly consolidation along with oil (Despite the knee jerk reaction to Israel which will likely fade. Markets are holding up well and have priced in peak rates with yields all coming down sharply after capitulating last week.
While DXY OIL and Yields drop.
Airlines are huge laggards (and after good selling and bad news being well priced in) it is time for major bounces. It is a highly volatile sector so a big drop the way it did warrants a big pop.
With capitulation following analyst downgrades, and company outlook drops to adjust estimates for rising fuel costs and labor costs. The discounts of this bad news is very well priced in and has capitulated with huge volume climaxes Monday after the Israel situation over the weekend.
As with 9/11 and Russia invasion, the knee jerk reaction last about a week, before the entire dip is re bought up. Assuming no escalation in Iran to push oil even higher, airlines will care most about earnings and forward guidance to see demand outlook for Q4 and 2024 company guidance.
With DAL reporting Thursday and more coming in next few weeks, I'd expect that the reported results for Q3 are very strong, and more importantly that Q4 and 2024 outlooks won't be as bad as markets are pricing. Resulting in a swift 10-15% bounce on many airline names.
Again: The bad news is very well priced in, and markets will begin to find good value for entrance pre earnings and post earnings as we are very oversold and surprised to the upside with earnings that weren't even close to as bad as markets are expecting as well as strong forward guidance.

Trading Idea - #AirbusMy trading idea for Airbus - Buy/LONG
Target: EUR 116.00 (+11.6% gain)
Despite the delivery bottlenecks, Airbus has shown a solid business performance in the second quarter. So with the upcoming quarterly report on 27 July, there could be a positive outlook.
Experts expect solid free cash flow and unchanged targets for the year.
The EUR 90.00 mark successfully provided support at the beginning of July. The price has bounced off this and continues to climb from high to high.
Full Analysis (Price Action, ichimoku, & more!) on AC! BTFD!My friend is heavily invested in Air Canada and was looking for some potential break outs (or break downs!), so I ran through the whole analysis playbook of how I look at stocks.
In this video, I cover how to analyze price action, fibonacci, some pattern techniques, moving averages, and ichimoku.
Overall, I'm looking to buy the dips with optimal entry around $21.35. My stop would be around $19.11, with my first Price Target around $34, putting us at a R/R of 13/2.5 = 5:1! I'd be looking for a big move within 2 weeks (by April 25). I'd 100% play $26-27 July 2023 calls.
Good luck out there and let me know if you want me to take a look at any other tickers!
Cheers,
-TMoney

BA Should Move Higher Here Boeing just reported its first profitable quarter in 6 quarters, we should continue to see Boeing report profitable quarters given the emergence of air travel that has taken place over the past couple months. Also, if your an investor that is worried about a slow bounce back in travel due to the delta variant, you should take comfort in the fact that 40% of boeing's revenue its defense business which has held strong during the entire pandemic. On Friday after the market was closed Boeing was awarded a $487m contract from the US Army for Apache AH-64 engineering services and technical support.
Technical analysis update: LUV (13th July 2021)Southwest Airlines Company experiences correction similarly like Delta Airlines. Graphs of these two companies show high positive correlation. Though there are some differences. In Southwest Airlines Company RSI bottomed out and reversed back above 30 points. MACD and Stochastics show first signs of reversal too. In addition to that LUV did not retrace its recent opening gap. These are all bullish developements for LUV. Because of that we would like to set our short term price target for LUV to 55 USD and our medium term price target to 57.50 USD.

Technical analysis update: DAL (13th July 2021)Delta Airlines experiences correction for about four months now. ADX continues to climb above 27 points which suggests that trend might be near its peak. In addition to that RSI fails to cross below 30 points. Such phenomenon in RSI tends to correlate with strong bullish trend of higher degree and weak bearish trend of lower degree. MACD and Stochastics remain bearish. Despite that we would like to set our short term price target for DAL to 45 USD and our medium term price target to 47.50 USD.

Accumulation phaze of a lifetime As we know The airline and travel industry came under immense pressure during the pandemic, Stacking up massive losses over the past months.
For the period ended 31 March, Tui posted a net loss of €1.47bn, which widened from a loss of €861.4m a year prior, Group revenue was €716m, down 89% the company said.
Yet we need to stay optimistic but hopeful in a way,
As the pandemic is still disrupting many sectors, we can start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
With the vaccine passes rolling out, most airliners can start seeing positive signs of a long-term recovery,
With bookings increasing by the day, Most are working towards regaining full potential
This might be a great time to accumulate some shares looking forward
WHY DID Tui Ag Crash? (EXPLAINED)Yet again Tui Price plummeted Roughly 7 % Since Market open, Caused by fear From institutional investors upon release of the current plans of Tui,
The public announcement of Tui Raised some fear in the market after Yet again trying to raise € 350 million in convertible bonds offering,
with the option to increase the issuance volume to € 400 million
TUI intends to use the proceeds from the Offering to further improve its liquidity position as the Covid-19 crisis continues and subsequently for the repayment of existing financing instruments.
Mesa AirIncredible 300% increase over just a range of about 100 days. Earnings have been over expectation for the last two quarters and there is a dramatic increase in volume over the last week. The options market has started to increase as well with 10,000 Open interest for the $12 Call with the 19 Mar 21 exp. Looking to see how price reacts from this current high. Potential for retracement back towards $11 a share is in the spectrum of possibilities just as is it moving up towards $16 a share. Looking forward to seeing the coming weeks for Mesa Air group.
TUI Flights Accumulation Phaze With the recent crisis across the world we saw a major decrease in airliner flights, Resulting in multiple booking agency's dropping rapidly over the last few months.
Whilst multiple countrys are still and a lockdown period, we can start to look forward to 2021. With That being said, I think it would be great opportunity to pickup some shares looking for a longterm reversal
