BTC under 3.5k in 2020?Here we have BTC-USD-weekly with Arnaud Legoux Moving Average (ALMA) indicator adjusted for volume and with standard RSI/ROC indicator.
Albeit most of the traders seem to have positive (long) expectations for BTC, and they might be right, however, I think that BTC might once more still has to go bellow 3.5k and consodilate for a while, before getting back on track.

This is NOT a trading advise, just my biased idea...(Use stop-sell, always calculate risk and try to avoid FOMO and learn about the pitfals of Time Series Forecasting)
ALAM Crossing clear enter signalsI created this new version of EMA crossing by replacing it with ALMA, Please take into consideration that the cross signal may occur during the candle. I advise waiting until the candle is close.
I used EMA crossing signals to adapt this code and turn it into an (Arnaud Legoux Moving Average) ALMA Cross.
I expect it to bring a better signal that an EMA cross, let me know your comments and use under your own risk. this is just and experinental idea.
Long: Get into a long trade when the short moving average crosses up the long moving average.
Short: Get into a short trade when the short moving average crosses down the long moving average.
I recommend using it alongside a volume indicator to avoid sideways trends.
Exit at your own convenience or when the trend direction changes. I recommend using it in 4H and 1D charts.
BTCUSD Daily ChartSimple indicators for some successful trading on BTC.
When prices crosses above/below the ALMA you can go long or short.
Just make sure the volume is above the MA within that indicator. Set your TP and SL according to your risk management strategies (ATR is great for this).
Happy trading

CADUSD not looking so good (monthly analysis)On the monthlys we can see CADUSD has painted a picturesque bear flag as it continues to lower. With the current pipe line purchase we are gearing for a larger fall overall around the Canadian dollar as we sell cheap oil to foreign interests and buy it back at a higher rate. The fall to 0.5 is only a rough estimate based off the current flag structure but we may fall even further than that.
as always this is not in anyway, shape or form, financial advice and always enter at your own risk
Percentage Price Oscillator with ALMAThe fundamental indicator list of TV actually lacks Percentage Price Oscillator, although it is described in the support pages at www.tradingview.com(PPO).
In the chart you may find the Pinecode for PPO, which is calculated by using ALMA instead of EMA. It acts as a better alternative to MACD, and the MACD related trading strategies may be used with PPO as well. One may eliminate the signals occurring between to increase robustness.
