Now it is again trading below the horizontal resistance. Further consolidation could be expected inside the rectangular channel until a solid breakout or breakdown will happen. It has created a fake-out in the previous higher high move, so this is an important resistance to observing a breakout with a successful retest for the confirmation of a bullish trend. I have tried my best to bring the best possible outcome in this chart, Do not consider it as FINANCIAL ADVICE. #BTC UPDATE As I mentioned in my previous BTC chart that BTC is making this big symmetrical triangle pattern, currently BTC is making this falling wedge pattern inside the symmetrical triangle pattern or we are losing the 40k support. Here we have two scenarios First scenario: As we can see BTC is Losing the 40k support but if this 6-hour candle closes above this 40k support then we can accept A Bounce from there. The second scenario: here if BTC is not able to close the 6-hour candle above the 40k level then we can accept a drop up to 38750k support to make the triple bottom. In my previous BTC update, I told you that if BTC does not hold 100D MA ($42k) then be ready for $38k-$39k so everything goes as planned so far. So what I'm expecting now? As you see in the chart, BTC is trading inside a rising channel and currently sitting at the lower level of the channel. In the past scenarios, we have seen BTC bounce many times after hitting the lower level of this channel. So I'm expecting a bounce in the market from this level and making another Higher low. If any daily candle closes below this channel then this scenario becomes invalidated. Let's see if BTC holds the $39k level or not. Currently, it is trending around 38800 support levels. First scenario: if BTCUSD break and close above the $39.5k-$40.5k level then we are expecting The first Bounce up to 45k level. Second scenario: here we have $38800 level as local support if BTCUSD break and closes downside this level then we are expecting a drop up to $36500. What's your thought on this?
