So my next Challenge play is a Magic bot buy signal on INS. Magic bot is an indicator I have just completed and back tested. INS was a buy signal on the September 13th when there was a volume surge. Volume has been pretty low, but the coin has been stable. There was also Magic buy signal as well on the September 10th that hit stop loss. Looking in the past history, INS has yet to lose back to back buy signals. Back test results on INS for this year are 10 wins 3 loss 77% win rate. I'll take my chances with 77% win rate.

SELL WALL Strategy:
What is a sell wall? Sell walls are essentially created by large blocks of sell orders at a specific price, that are at least 10% of the daily volume of that coin. The wall is created to prevent sell orders from executing at a higher price than the price set for the ‘wall’ and causes downward price pressure on a given cryptocurrency. It is the reason why sometimes a certain coin’s growth is slowed down or stunted in the short term.
What is the Sell Wall strategy?
Wait for the wall to get bought out and passed then enter position on the trade. Through my research, I found that when the price eventually passes this wall, that means a bunch of buying momentum has gone into this coin. Our goal is to ride that wave since the price is no longer being suppressed.

My $1k to $100k Challenge - Day 29 Trade #42 - LOOMHello all and thanks for stopping by and following my personal challenge. I am attempting to turn $1000 into $100,000 by day trading altcoins.
I started my challenge on July 14th with a bankroll of 0.16 Bitcoin that was valued at $1000 at the time. You can follow and see all my trades in my profile.
There is no nice way to put it, I am doing very bad. I am jumping in the trades too early or too late and am on a bad losing streak.
Back to my basics, Base plays, with a twist. I will DCA buy if -5% is hit before my sell target, then make my new sell target my original buy in price which will give me 2 1/2% profit.
What is DCA? Dollar Cost Averaging. Say I buy 100 shares @ $2 = $200. Then the price dips to $1, I invest another $200 and buy 200 shares = $200. Now I own 300 shares and have dropped my cost per share to $1.33 each.
100 shares @ $2 = $200
200 shares @ $1 = $200
300 shares total cost $400 = $1.33 average cost each
