CHFJPY ShortHi traders, CHFJPY has reached our major resistance and we could see it go bullish in the begining of next week. I anticipate a rejection in the next three weeks/ or sooner to bring the currency pair back to our key level. I usually take a trade when I hve at least 3 confirmations however, the CHFJPY pair is currently oversold as indicated in an orange circle on the RSI. This analysis was done on the weekly timeframe and thus I will be holding this for at least 3 - 4 months. What are your views on this currency pair? Do you believe that it will break through our resistance? CHFJPY ReversalCHFJPY currently begins to trend upward as it closes in on a major reversal level. However there are still many stops and short sell limit orders residing above that level thus creating liquidity. We can expect either a move to the downside after residing in the reversal zone or we can expect price to continue moving upward to grab that liquidity before the movement downward. Lets see how this plays out, but regardless of what happens, we can play both sides of the market.
