CHPT ChargePoint Holdings Options Ahead of EarningsIf you haven`t bought CHPT before the previous earnings:
Now analyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of CHPT ChargePoint Holdings prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 2usd strike price Calls with
an expiration date of 2024-9-6,
for a premium of approximately $0.13.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.
CHPT
RIVN falls to fair value for swing LONGRIVN is here on a 30 minute chart with VWAP bands and a dual time frame RSI added. Price
fell from the top of the trend up after the last earnings. It is now between the mean
anchored VWAP and the first lower VWAP line which is where the reversal occurred on May 8th.
I will look for an entry long on a lower time frame chart. I am looking for a 1.75 move up
toward the second upper VWAP line in this trade while risking 0.25 making the reward for
the risk taken about 7.
PLUG 's momentum continuation LONGPLUG's momentum had a good move today. PLUG is moving in a descending channel. Today
other EV stocks including TSLA, LCID, NKLA, FSR had big moves. TSLA's was the smallest in
percentage but the biggest in market cap regain. PLUG is now at the 0.5 Fib
retracement level. The zero-lag MACD and dual TF RSI indicators are about to cross the zero
and 50 levels respectively. The predictive tool ( Echo by LuxAgo) predicts a move to
5.95 by mid-February. This is about 50%. With the 11% move today, PLUG could be getting
overextended but the algo does not suggest that. As with other penny stocks risks are high but
a return of 50% in three weeks would offset the risk. I will trade PLUG here using a stop-loss
of 3.55 below that black horizontal Fib level. My $3.5 options for 2/2 did 300% unrealized
today. In the next 2 days I will roll them forward into the 2/16 expiration $4.5 strikes.
NKLA gets some momentum LONGNKLA had a nice long test run of one of its trucks in California this month. It signed a deal
for a 10-year hydrogen refueling. Not a big deal, but may be the first company to sell fuel
along with its vehicles and get government subsidies along the way. The days of doing photo
shoots of a prototype truck rolling downhill are clearly in the past. While alwys speculative,
NKLA is getting more search hits on Bezinga and Zacks suggesting there is trader interest and
maybe even some investors.
On the 120 minute chart, NKLA has ascended about 25% in the past week. It is approaching
the intermediate and longer-term anchored mean VWAP lines in black. It is there that volalility
and volume are expected to be the highest. This is 0.84 to 0.89. In this zone, institutional
traders may take or exit positions. The upper end of the high volume area is at 0.90.
I will take a trade here expecting price to go about 13% higher to 0.88. There it will either
continue the VWAP band breakout or be rejected from that resistance level. The RSI and MACD
indicators show bullish momentum to validate the long trade idea. An additional
factor is whether a short squeeze could ensue. In the near term from now until March, the put
to call ratio is 0.05 to 0.25 making for very few near-term put options. However, in the
April monthly the overall put-to-call ratio is 3.5. This suggests an expectation of a good rise
rise in the next 1-2 months and then a correction or breakdown at 3 months. In July the ratio
falls to 0.05 at least for the time being. If a short squeeze does get set up, put positions
in April will be liquidated in short order and the buying of call options to cover those puts
may accelerate the trend up.
Overall, my target is 0.88 while the stop loss is 0.73 under the evolving POC line of the volume
profile. Since my call options printed a 60% profit for the day, I will add to the position
to capture more of the expected move. ( $1.00 Strike 2/9 expiration currently $2.00 per
contract- no stop loss total loss vs expected gain 250%+)
CHPT, Charging its way to an UPSIDE move... soon!CHPT last quarterly earnings we're mostly on the optimistic side as EPS numbers are up -- beat by 11.43% (from expected figures).
On the weekly data, the stock net buy positions is increasing on a daily basis -- anticipating the company's long term price growth.
Volume is up by two folds from its average figures, from 15.69M to 33.87M. Net buying activity is up by more than 100%.
It is now sitting a 1.0 FIB LEVEL -- the most discounted price you could get. Best to seed at this price level. 8.0 to 9.0 price level has been a quite solid support historically.
Expect some significant bounce from the current price range.
On weekly histogram, higher lows has been created depicting that an upward price shift is about to commence.
OTHER KEY NOTES: WEEKLY descending trendline broken, 1st Bubble up volume (bottom indicator) appeared after almost 3 months.
Spotted at 8.0

CHPT ChargePoint massive falling wedge ahead of earningsAnalyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of CHPT ChargePoint prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 2usd strike price at the money Calls with
an expiration date of 2023-12-15,
for a premium of approximately $0.24.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.
Looking forward to read your opinion about it.
CHPT - My Lotto-Ticket for ChristmasRule Nr. 1: Take it with a grain of Salt! ;-)
OK, it's probably a Lotto Ticket.
But IMO one with a monstrous chance of 80% if price trades within the Pitchfork. As we now, price has a 80% chance to reach the Center-Line.
So, it's a Lotto Ticket with a good RIsk to Reward.
Nothing more, nothing less.
I'm in CHPT since over 1 year and got clapped.
Ever since I was watching for any sign of a potential recovery. Nothing was showing on my radar.
But now, I see a Volume that reminds me of a "Final Puke". Everyone who was long has to be scared out, before the Whales step in. Whales only buy Food for cheap.
Is it cheap now?
Depends on how you look at CHPT.
Technically, I would say yes.
Fundamentally I would say it's probably crap?
Here's what I get from my fundamental Screener:
"Overall CHPT gets a fundamental rating of 2 out of 10. We evaluated CHPT against 88 industry peers in the Electrical Equipment industry. Both the profitability and financial health of CHPT have multiple concerns. CHPT is valued quite expensive...
....but it does show an excellent growth."
This last bit of the fundamental evaluation tells me, it's not dead yet. And who knows what they have in their back to recover? (SECULATION!!!).
The Mansfield Indicator is clearly showing, that this Stock is way weaker than the S&P500.
BUT - It starts to curl up...
I have no clue what this Analysis is worth it.
But I know what I see in the Volume and the recent Weeks drop.
So, that's it for my Coffee-Ground reading.
I am long the Stock, and I love the thrill it gives me for a cheap Lotto Ticket to a potential 1000% trade §8-)
What ever you do with it, I'm not responsible.
This is no trading advice. You will loose money! Don't follow my Analysis. It's all BS and Coffee-Ground reading with no profound reasoning §8-)
Happy Christmas...oh, it's too soon...
CHPT ChargePoint Holdings Options Ahead of EarningsAnalyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of CHPT ChargePoint Holdings prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 7.50usd strike price Calls with
an expiration date of 2023-9-15,
for a premium of approximately $0.61.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.
Looking forward to read your opinion about it.
CHPT about to take off?Looking at the long falling wedge pattern, CHPT is about to breakout and we could be at the perfect position for a long opportunity.
Surpassing the $10 level could mean a trend reversal and further move to the upside.
This stock is currently oversold, there will be some buying pressure pushing it up in the coming weeks.
Enter now with stop loss at $8.
CHPT Long Good evening everyone,
I am seeing a lot of bullish flow on $CHPT. There's also the following conditions:
1)Open gap at 12.99 zone,
2)Currently making higher lows,
3)TTM squeeze green on daily chart which means a 5-day move coming.
I wouldn't be surprised if we close this gap next week. Currently holding 4/14 calls.
REMX Rare Metals ETFOn the 4H chart the price is rising above support and the recent bottom.
On the MACD indicator, the lines have risen above the zero line and
over the positive histogram. The moving average "Williams Alligator"
combination shows divergence with the short period MA rising the
fastest. On the volume indicator, high solid relative volume occurred
as the price reached support and has been more or less increased
compared with the moving mean ever since. The volume profile
showed the highest volume at the support level and price has now
crossed above and out of the high volume area.
Fundamentally, rare earth metals are a necessary component to lithium
batteries for EVs and everything else. China has a large number
of rare earth mines and can manipulate the global markets
in these minerals.
I see this as an investment play until there are signs the uptrend
has ended. I will take call option of $81 for the the 5/19 expiration
and close early if REMX makes reversal signals.
In the gold rush of 1849, those who made the most money were
the sellers of shovels and picks. I believe there are parallels
here with regard to EVs, and lithium and rare metals may
yield great profits and the same for EV charging stations
and battery technology. Eton Musk is looking to buy a lithium
mine and put a processing plant in Austin TX. Seems among
other things, he is a bit visionary with regard to lithium and
money. see also the link below

$CHPT up 32% in the last 7 Days will we see profit taking? No doubt chargepoint is a great company and is cheaper than last year. BUT we are still in a bear market, can we see some profit taking or will we see it continue to trend up. I believe we will see some red and profit taking and will come down just a bit before another run.
