Forex & Stock & macro news n°34> Bear utopia: Gamestop (GME) short interest hits lowest level in years, China A50 meltdown
***********************
GME, which is down 70% from its high earlier this year, has seen its short interest continue to dwindle as the share price has been ranging for 6 months, likely causing short sellers to look for other opportunities. The short interest being so low compared to usual, and the price looking so heavy it might be about to break, makes it interesting to squeeze these retail lemons for those that don't mind waiting a bit and taking a risk.
After the short squeeze the percentage of short went from 150% of float to 40%. Since then it has progressively gone down to the present less than 13%
The high volatility makes it important for the proponents of asymmetrical risk reward and "technical analysis" to pay attention to the price action and wait for a decent ABC pullback for a good entry, as close as possible to a logical stop loss. The stock is visibly in complacency and the eternal bagholders are anxious and nervous, easily raging at bears. The stock which has vanished from the media and people minds may be about to break. It's when they least expect it.
Bears will also be happy to know that the chinese stock market has crashed, but it may be at the bottom of an ABC, the communists might bailout the market, again. If they do so will they let us known in advance as they sometimes do? I have no idea if it is time to buy or not. The media are not paying much attention to it, fortunatly I am here to warn people. I just don't know what to do with this info and what the repercussions will be.
> US divide within the divide, Australia using repression choppers, France revolution
***********************
The US divide and "cold civil war" is continuing, with for example universities holding "anti-racism" workshop where students are taught to "accept white inferiority". No comment. Mayors in Florida crossed the Rubicon and are defying the governors orders. New York governor got accused of rape or sexual harassment and Biden asked him to resigned, he responded by threatening to bring everyone down with him, on the official governor website. A US infrastructure bill will make it illegal to question the CDC.
Australia has done mass arrests, and is flying helicopters and drones broadcasting the state propaganda and patrolling the country to find and punish people camping all by themselves in remote locations, who knows, they might transmit covid to squirrels? The Australian executive government has been ordered by the judicial branch to make public their covid-19 documents, behind their executive orders (a synonym is dictat), but they have disobeyed and still have not made those public, they plan on appealing the decision. Australia police has the "right" to freely enter into people homes and even remove their kids from them, no court order no nothing, they do as they see fit. China has condemned Australia violations of human rights and the double standard of those that so often have criticized the CCP.
France, which is working on creating a Ministry of Truth, yes, really, just like in 1984, has introduced a sanitary pass, and a minister even said with a smile that people who would not vaccinate would technically lose their jobs but without getting unemployment benefits. Several ministers have said "let them have cake" with a vicious smile. The french public is outraged and is protesting on a regular basis with the last official numbers at 250,000 protestors in the middle of holidays, of course the government numbers are below reality. In french islands the crowd even opened fire on police and 9 officers got hit.
> West fearful of coming political collapse, taking steps to hold onto power by force
***********************
Virtually all of the population are wageslaves and the state has enormous economic control over them, to solidify their control, the EU is banning cash payments over 10,000 euros. But this is not enough for the crumbling ruling class, and so both the US and France are currenctly testing police robots. Reminds me of hedge funds consultations a few years ago, they were all buying bunkers and asking experts how to keep control on their security guards "use obedience collars?". France has made laws making it illegal to film police, and has normalized the use of drones already. This enables to little minority to hold onto power, it has many advantages for them such as blindly following orders including opening fire on the populace, and there is no risk it will show human sympathy for the unwashed masses. They are calling the robots "cute dogs" to not scare the population, it is childish and incredibly stupid but as always the dumbest members of society will fall for it.
This dystopian nightmare is nothing new, back in the Bronze Age small "elites" subjugated the population by using bronze armor and weapons. They are very expensive and offer a huge fighting advantage, the population could not afford them and had no solution. All the ancient kingdoms disappeared in the iron age as weapons became cheaper. There are other solutions. For example the slavs were getting raped and enslaved by huns in the 6th century, but a french trader decided to sell weapons to them (and only to their side) and even helped them organise, they broke free and the trader became the first slav king. Another solution is invading armies. The population side with the conquering army. Persian chad Darius built the largest empire ever that contained 50% of earth population, he asked his politicians or bureaucrats "I lowered the taxes, are they fair now?", they answered "yes" and so Darius said "Good. Divide them in 2.". The nobles of Babylon, Egypt etc had inhuman taxes, to give you an idea of how bad it was the taxes back then were nearly as high as today, and some farmers had to sell themselves into slavery to pay their taxes.
Putin said that the west not only became absurd (Marcus Tullius Cicero said: The closer the collapse of the Empire the crazier its laws.), but reminded the ruling class that the USSR too thought they could be unfair and ignore discontent because they were "so big and powerful". France ruling class might have gotten the message because they have started to acknowledge the protests and even stopped calling them "antivaxx". They act tough but they are terrified. For example when a bunch of retired generals wrote an open letter saying "the military might have to act" (to defend ghettos from terrorists) the french government panicked and read "we might have to act by arresting the government and declaring martial law", there are many "hints" people can see that reveal what people really think.
> Conspiracy theory: The US plan on keeping rates low to continue to steal the populace
***********************
Not only does this not seem far fetched but it is logical and seems obvious. The FED is now openly working for the US government, you'd have to have the wrong number of chromosomes to disagree as they literally openly say they cooperate with the treasury... I don't know what more people want but some are stupid enough to still call that a conspiracy theory. Anyway the speculative part is that the FED, which now works for the government, does not want to increase rates, as the broke government has massive debt and keeps increasing its spending, now at an alarming rate.
Official US documents from branches of the government have been repeating for more than 2 decades that the situation was not sustainable, so I'm pretty sure they are aware of it. Like Romania and others, the only way for the ruling class to continue this pyramid scheme is to force new people in it, and luckily for them the population has no clue how it all works, so they will just use low rates to steal money from them. They reduce their debt via inflation (average suckers pay). They borrow more at low (de facto negative) rates. They pay back what they owe with no interest. Simple. The clueless "normies" that laugh at you are the ones that get bled dry by this, love karma. They will whine about inequality and after 30 years it will reach their brain that prices and profits went up but their wages did not.
The middle class, and even the rich but not ultra rich, pays for the government games through their wages, their savings, their retirements, their dwindling standard of life. Millenials will be the first generation to be worse off than their parents.
The poor profit from government spending but make no mistake eventually they will pay, it's just more of a "later" or "one time" thing. They have no money so they will pay in blood. Riots in poor hoods, no access to food, goodbye healthcare (already started), and so on.
I think urban dwellers will suffer too, it's likely there is a mass die-off. Very easy to block the roads with trucks or tanks. They're so concentrated and not behind castle walls with long lasting supplies. Strategically (or tactically) their position is known as "suicide". Interestingly french truckers have called for strikes (no more food deliveries) and for a blocus of cities with their massive trucks. Urbans think africans are too stupid to survive, actually they have more than enough food, the starving happens in areas with civil war (everywhere lol) and is strategical; they will soon learn this harsh lesson. Government has been warned of exceptionally fragile supply bottlenecks but as usual they couldn't care less, all that matters is the stuff visible to plebes that gets them re-elected.
> Many small and a few big but not biggest central banks increase their interest rates
***********************
The US and Europe are not moving theirs. But plenty of countries that are significant "exotics" and "small" ones are. Brazil increased their rate by 100 bps. Russia which now holds 0 usdollars also raised theirs. And Countries we don't really trade including Moldova (100 bps up to 3.25%), Armenia, Georgia, South Korea. The west are just turning into massive pyramid schemes and slowly collapsing. The share of world GDP of the west already is crossing below 50%. The dominance is ending.
Other interesting news is that the PBoC are increasing their "green finance" with low cost funding, and are now more convinced than ever to crackdown on crypto. Might be interesting to hold some currencies if rates keep going up without too much inflation (just they maybe weaken against the US ponzi scheme). Just avoid Iran, a Bahrain court convicted them of money laundering. Once the US falls as they did in Afghanistan then maybe Iran will be a smart choice.
Will be pretty cool to have the ability of building a diversified portfolio finally.
> G30 call for a reform of US treasury, ECB alerts on credit risk and economic fragility
***********************
I don't want to go too much into details because it is boring banking stuff. It's not fun like a revolution or a collapse. But quickly:
The G30 suggested the US treasury gets reformed, as bouts of dysfunction become increasingly common, and have urged the US to "increase, diversify and stabilise" market-making. To sum up they found that it did not serve its safe-haven purpose (wasn't their "go to" when they wanted quick cash), huh well it's still the "go-to safe haven" of the plebes. Even the bankers dodge the USD, meanwhile it keeps going up because noobs keep irrationally buying it. The group of bankers in particular mentionned the ability to function in time of stress, sort of repeating their "go to safe haven" point. They REALLY want to protect THEIR money.
The G30 is made up of current and former heads of the central banks of 17 countries, as well as 2 chairmen from the FED, 2 from the ECB, and a few from international institutions (Basel com., IMF, BIS, World Bank). And the former president of Mexico. Don't ask me why.
The ECB for their part are also worried about stress. They did a stress test and found there was banking fragility. I think overall they are satisfied but found vulnerabilities in particular in credit risk, in other words another debt default chain reaction and them, the bankers, not getting their money back.

You will see a very strong USD move to the north which will drive down commodity levels, Metals and the crypto market. This may last for 6 months so hold on!!
Plenty of opportunities in the second half of this year!
Whilst the dollar gains strength this may spook the market creating a strength in the gold and silver market so keep an eye out for the bounce!
Post Quantitive easing 1 through to 4 in the U.S there has always been a strong bull market roughly 13 months after the start of the easing programs. This will give you a rough indication on when to expect the next bull run for the index.
If the dollar does get to the projected all time highs this may cause the market to collapse.

SPX - Doom & GloomThis is what the chart is presently showing for an End Of Year collapse in the stock market. Down 20.8%. This may or may not happen depending on many variables, but it cannot be ignored as this is what's currently being planned in the event of a major Black Swan Event. EOY price is ~3480. Foreknowledge of events is important to keep track of. Who's buying theses EOY contract expiration's at this price? Who's forcing the Lockdown's and the vaccine mandates? I'll let you take it from here. Connect the dots. Whatever happens, it won't be organic.
The target no one believes. (Recession)The target no one believes. (Recession)

The biggest paradigm change in 200 years.I'm not teaching anything dramatic when I say that the western and therefore the world paradigm and global economy are being driven by what is going on in:
The United States on the other side of the pond.
The United Kingdom, France, and Germany on this side of the pond.
The US are almost in a civil war, France abandoned the liberal left and are on the verge of revolution, and the United Kingdom has made major changes and the labor party is but a memory.
Germany is on the wrong side of history once again XD
> CNN published an article describing the dramatic rise in consumer prices
Hyperinflation has started! Or, if not hyperinflation, at least strong inflation. In the US but also in Europe. A kg of apricots for 7 euros are you kidding me?
Now that CNN is not dedicated full time on writing articles about Trump, they're actually covering other subjects. There are actually several articles on inflation:
"Steel prices have tripled. Now Bank of America is sounding the alarm".
Here they say the price will correct. Will it?
edition.cnn.com
Car prices are at all time high and rising. The cause is the price increase of superconductors.
edition.cnn.com
"Rising wood prices are making your toilet paper more expensive". Angry women about to fight over toilet paper again?
edition.cnn.com
Prices of all sorts of goods going up.
edition.cnn.com
Gaz prices at the pump also went up after terrorists attacked the American supply and demanded ransom money.
Chicken prices had to go up, and will continue to, because industrials & farmers have a hard time attracting workers that are getting stimulus checks, and they have to pay them more. All sorts of goods prices are going up for all sorts of reasons. The stimulus checks are also causing workers to say "I won't go back to work for less than 100K a year". This is what Venezuela truck drivers said.
The American retail and food service sector is on the verge of collapse. The industry is said to lack 3.4 million jobs - they cannot compete with "stimulus" checks - and a third of restaurant companies have been forced to close stores because of it, with an additional 44% saying they were considering closing. Well it is not even about to collapse it is collapsing live right now. The US are slowly starting to turn into a desert like Venezuela. No one wants to hold the dollar I can't even get a pullback.
If you have not bought any commodities by now that's on you. I bet retail is 90% short as usual. People that explain to me "LawS d'OnT mAtTeR lOoK aT tHe ChArT aNd My inDiCatOr wOrkS 90% oF tHe TimE". Gosh they are so bad.
> France ruling class has angered and lost the support of both the public and the armies, and the judges are ruling against the government
During the coronavirus lockdown the globalist bourgeois liberal caste used this opportunity to pass all sorts of laws they wanted to pass for years, such as abortion up to 9 months, experimentation on human-animal hybrids. This night they just passed a law - after it was rejected once - for a vaccination passport. They already in the past 20 years have gone against the will of the majority, for example they forced some EU laws that more than 50% were against in a referendum, and they have outlawed capital punishment with to this day more than 60% of the population in favor of it.
One must wonder, did all these laws they made regardless of the majority go up to their heads? So now they grew overconfident?
The military, first retired and reserve troops, tens of thousands, and then thousands of active troops but anonymously, have written a letter to the government calling them traitors, cowards, sneaky perverts. They have warned of a civil war and urge the government to control the borders and do something about the violent hoods firing mortars and throwing molotov cocktails on police.
The government has sued the military but judges has ruled against the ruling caste.
The french public supports the military open letter to government at 58% - going from 36% for "the greens" to 86% for "the national rally".
49% of the french say the army SHOULD intervene without any orders from the government. 45% say a civil war is imminent.
74% say there is a type of "anti-racism" that is responsible for hatred between communities.
86% say the republic laws are not being applied in certain towns.
Source (FR): harris-interactive.fr
We are seeing prominent leftists and far right figures hand in hand, this has never been the case before.
It makes sense, the left/right divide to conquer paradigm dates from the french revolution.
Since this era is soon over, the left and right have no reason to hate each other and can work together. At least the time of the transition.
The transition might or might not be quite violent. Probably not very violent. Might be a witch hunt of "woke" people, and mainstream is fed up of those, so public opinion would close their eyes if it did happen.
The french public does not believe the media anymore, and what is hilarious is the media is smelling the change and have started changing their tone!
They are abandoning ship! Sneaky little weasels.
And the french yellow vests are back in Paris. They are not backing down.
> The Queen of England made a speech laying out the goals for the Brexit transition, anti-cancel culture laws, and stronger borders
France had its first revolution in 1789, the UK entered into the "parliamentary democracy" paradigm in 1832, with the magna carta dating from 1215 and the monarchy absolute power being abolished after the glorious revolution of 1688. Recently the cancel culture has been growing in the UK, but the public, supportive at first, now dislikes it.
The Queen which has an approval rating around 90%, with 80-90% in support of maintaining the current monarchy system, made a speech listing about 30 laws the UK government will be working on including things like 5G but also:
- "My Government will ensure that the public finances are returned to a sustainable path once the economic recovery is secure.". No demagogues kicking the can down the road here.
- "Legislation will be introduced to ensure the integrity of elections, protect freedom of speech and restore the balance of power between the executive, legislature and the courts"
- "My Government will introduce measures to increase the safety and security of its citizens."
- "My Ministers will provide our gallant Armed Services with the biggest spending increase in thirty years"
- "Measures will be brought forward to establish a fairer immigration system that strengthens the United Kingdom’s borders and deters criminals who facilitate dangerous and illegal journeys"
www.gov.uk
The british government started a way on cancel culture and "People who believe their freedom of speech has been impinged will also get the power to go to court to seek financial compensation":
www.dailymail.co.uk
The UK is moving away from socialism and becoming more friendly to businesses (as well as workers, everyone wins). So much for Brexit bears "this will be a catastrophe". Their demographic pyramid is one of the least bad in Europe too, and the period of the past year where the young sacrificed themselves for the old is coming to an end. They are friendly to businesses but have rejected the multinationals, globalism, cheap workers from Benin coming on crowded boats etc. And they have no intention of re-writing their history. Maybe France will follow a similar path? Frexit and parliamentary monarchy?
The situation has parallels with the events of the Republic of Rome 2000 years ago, just before it turned into an Empire.
In 45 BC 1 in 3 Romans were getting free bread. Farmers quit the countryside to go live in town get stimulus checks, because why bother working?
Julius Caesar said enough is enough and halved the number of people on stimulus. 1 year later he was assassinated by traitors while allies Marcus Antonius and Augustus were far away, and it all degenerated into a civil war won by Julius Caesar allies, and the republic came to an end.
The Empire starts in 27 BC.
I won't start a history lesson, but it is interesting to look and compare. History repeats itself a lot.

What I am certain of is major changes are coming; inflation will continue; S&P, Copper, Grains short sellers are dense; and USDCAD longs can't be real.
BTCUSD - You like volatility? Over USD10,000 worth!BTC did a major turn overnight (or day for some people). Price collapsed suddenly for the unsuspecting. But for those who were watching ATRs, the warning signs were in plan sight.
Only on Friday, I was saying to a colleague (not on Tradingview)," Something ain't right. You gotta have bottle to hold on to a peak like that ." (referring to the daily trend). The person said, " I'm holding on. " No problem. I don't tell people what to do with their investments. So I'll find out on Monday or Tuesday if my mate bailed out before that >$10,000 slide. I was actually about $14,000 from the peak and I say that's a lot. But some can spin that all different ways.
Getting out of a good run is not an easy thing. You also need 'bottle' to be able to say " I'm at the top. Made enough. I'm out. " Why is it so hard? It's the thing that's hardly spoken about but which is the most important in trading. What's that? It's called ' individual psychology. ' That's about two main hidden enemies that bends minds. They're called ' greed ' and ' hope '. Few self-respecting traders will admit to another person, that they were greedy before bailing out. After losses it's easier to hold hands up and say, " Jeez.. I was too greedy. I should have bailed out. " Why is it so hard to spot the devious work of 'the enemies within' before bad stuff happens? Think about it and share your experiences if you want.
Of course, some who got this far are wondering if I'm going to do a prediction - which is what 90% of trading models are about. I've said so many times before, that in trend-following " There is no need to predict anything! Because 'you're allowing the market to take you to it's destination and the market tells you when you're out. "
Some will see the ATR switch on the 1H chart. It's two things: a) indication of probability to get out, if 'in the money' b) time to consider shorting with a decent stop loss.
Where and for how long will the 1H trend survive? How would I know? I let the market tell me. It might end tonight. I don't care. But now is not really a great time to short. The key opportunity to bailout or short was around 05:00 GMT on 17th April 2021.
Those who are still in the in the money and hadn't set a stop-loss are scratching their heads, with self-talk such as, " Should I get out now. Nah.. It'll probably shoot to $75,000 next week. " I call that guess work. I'm only showing the dilemma. If it goes to $75,000 next week, those folk will be punching the air. If it falls to $30,000 there will be a deafening silence from that lot.
Just to be 100% clear. I am totally happy for BTC to go to $100,000 or more. I don't care where it goes. I care where a suitable trend is going.
Some want to understand the probable 'fundamental under-pinnings' of the sudden price collapse. Well that's in the news: stuff about Turkey and India. But people who focus on that are missing far bigger probabilities. Note I didn't say 'predictions'.
Bitcoin is likely to come under 'attack' from many nations over the next few months for similar reasons cited by Turkey and India. It doesn't matter if those reasons make sense to you. What's important is, " Who has the power ." Of course, what some will do is dismiss that Nations have the power to crush bitcoin - until it happens.
I've said before that BTC is heading into a similar situation before Gold was banned for a while (many moons ago - you may have reading to do). That usually brings out a bunch of folk saying, " Gold and bitcoin can never be banned! " Never? Never say never!
Bitcoin has become a conspicuous challenge to fiat currency. I'm sorry, I can't believe that Govts around the world are gonna allow that go grow and continue indefinitely. If you were Jay Powell, I don't think you'd like it. But I could be wrong.
As I always say, " What you don't know is more important. "

Is it going to sting...There are 2 way to calculate GDP:

GDP method 2
GDP = Total National Income + Sales Taxes + Depreciation + Net Foreign Factor Income
What we take out of this is that:
The Soviet Union was the world second economy, developped, a superpower, no one went hungry, Ukraine is the "bread basket of Europe" but still when it collapsed people STARVED, even in Ukraine. They went back in time a century.
It will obviously be worse than Greece. I'm not trying to be a perma bear I am not riding a short like with Bitcoin 2 years ago.
Let me take my bear uniform 2 seconds: It will be MAD MAX. If you think this is not possible, look at Somalia.
There is this whole list of issues to tackle, demographic first, Greece, Rome, the USSR had the same, there are ancient letters casting blame to Rome & Greece nobles "you are so eager to let your bloodline die", of course workers are important but it's the elites that build a civilization, that make it happen. Elites now are all (not literally...) corrupt, pedos, orgie addicts and so on. A complete mess.
Working age populations peaked in ~2010 even with the mass immigration going on, lmao at Denmark that got desperate and begged men to sleep with women.
Liberals have been lowering taxes in a desperate attempt to attract entrepreneurs but that barely helps there is too much.
Now they are killing small businesses and helping enforce multinational monopolies. This is not rational. These are the actions of a desperate ruling class that KNOWS what is going on.
In the best case scenario, where debt is cancelled, migrants stay to work, there are no riots and no civil war etc, it's unrealistic but assuming it all goes perfectly it will still be a catastrophe when it ends (obviously foreign nations like China won't export for free forever like a slave country). When it ends the standard of living will nosedive, all the free stuff taken from net imports won't be here anymore.
How about the debt?
The internal debts can be cleared, I mean... look 21 of the top 25 biggest hedge funds are jews, they could go to court to fight it, force the states to pay but surely they learned their lesson last time. Let's not repeat what happened. Anyway peacefully or violently internal debts will be cleared or almost cleared imo.
Who holds external debt? Well obviously China, but then a little of everyone, the Saudis, Israel, Norway, idk who else?
Some rich countries and big japanese businesses I guess?
China can come to Europe take factories, doctors, engineers etc, but they can't do this with the US.
What China can do even if they don't want to force the US to pay up immediately is seize factories such as Elon - hype man with 0 results his whole life - Musk Gigafactory 3. That's a given. Bare minimum.
Doesn't help that the west over-delocalised their manufacturing, including of medications.
Nah don't worry with covid they learned their lessons and actions will be taken. HAHAHAHA!
How do nations bounce back when their population is almost entirely made up of seniors?
It's not all about the money, where to invest. If you have parents that took care of you, prepare early, to take care of them later.
Elders that had no children well they'll die welcome to nature. But hey no one will be sad.
Pretty funny that all political sides are so eager to win, especially the US, like it's the most important elections that you absolutely have to win. It's hilarious, using every dirty trick and trying so hard to win to get the right to get blamed for the collapse.
Dumb tv anchors with shinny eyes filled with joy saying "this is a return to normalcy" I am pissing myself, "back to normal", oh it's going to sting them.
So ye to sum up the EU and US are basically big frauds ran by crooks, like the CEO of Enron or Wirecard.
It's like a husband that lost his job 5 years ago (20 here) and has been borrowing from friends the whole time to continue to drink champagne and hide the truth from his family but boy will you be in trouble when your buddies stop funding your lifestyle.
Let's just say globalist-leftist-liberalism will not be very popular in 20 years. Heads are going to roll.
Ah screw it I'm not pessimistic, let me not potentially give the impression that I am worried or upset.
I'm smiling because I'm getting the f out of this s***hole, I'm probably going to a beautiful beach in Tunisia.
Good luck with your old people and rich in diversity and megadebt and tolerance and masks and curfews and purple hair and return to paleolithic soon westerners, oh no Tunisia have made strict shariah laws against extreme LGBT acts oh no they are a muslim country they won't even let perfectly fine people do sodomy orgies in the street in front of schools how will I survive in such an intolerant place? Muh liberty to do orgies in public and play with feces and get guidelines on how to safely do butt licking muh democracy muh progress 😂
You know I used to care, but now knowing the west will suffer & millions will die actually makes me laugh 🤣.
They don't even suspect it yet, they're so joyful "return to normalcy" gosh they will eat their words.
I don't even want to help anymore, just watch and laugh and rub western neo-liberals face in it.
Keep bombing Syria children "for democracy" I'll eat popcorn in front of the elderly death count when you can't afford care anymore.
You reap what you sow. If they look for investors to bail them out I'll invest my ***** in Europe and the US.
The die is cast. Let this economy die in euphoria and mass delusion. This is long term so no need to short sell this very instant. But 2021 could be the year the stock market tops, if they don't go for hyperinflation.
Sorry for getting so brutal. Don't waste time arguing with deluded idiots, do you insist when a crazy person incoherently screams at you in the street no you try to help first then you leave them in their mess, each man for himself. Protect yourself, your family, your assets. Don't pay for the mistakes of others. Don't help people that don't want help. Ex-USSR countries are very eager to attract entrepreneurs, so let's all pack our s*** and move to greener lands.
As George Soros said, "doesn't matter what I do they will die anyway, so might as well profit from it. It was the happiest period of my life". Looks like I'm a huge sociopath, nice I got all the tools to succeed as a trader.
Oh hi people in 20 years digging dirt on me 👋 This is sarcasm please. They are doing porns in religious dresses I mean c'mon I get a free pass here please no hang me.
Oh hey and if you want to stay in "the west", I don't know how Australia is doing I think they are doing ok, and any businessman (/woman/8000 other genders) with 100k and a business gets a free ID and house or something. They have bats though.

What goes up must come down. BTC has taken a ride since 2015, I watched from the sidelines as more and more people became overcome with the excitement of this new currency. The “gap” up’s when it took hold and blasted off to north of 20,000 then 30k then 40k, were unprecedented. I’ve been involved with investments since 1997 and I have seen nothing like this and won’t ever again. I do think bitcoin will eventually make the 100,000 mark, when that happens is any bodies guess. Healthy investments do not skyrocket to all time highs and stay there like this seems to have done. The “gaps” this needs to fill are down in the 11,000 range I believe? If these “gaps” per say don’t get filled, any move higher becomes incredibly dangerous for a landslide melt down. Every market in the world has seen this sort of behavior. Here is how big money managers think “buy when it’s low and sell when it’s high” I know that may seem Cliché, but it’s true in any investment market. What holds this coin price at its highs is continuous buying but not only continuous buying but a stable source of new buyers. When bitcoin reaches a high of highs after racing upwards that of a Saturn rocket it will surely endure the consequences of a parabolic climb which is a generational meltdown. We must remeber that China has been mining some 80% of the worlds bitcoin over the past 10 years..if this doesn’t scare anybody I don’t know where you live. If any populous or economy invests more than an alternative invenstment weighting in bitcoin or any other speculative investment, they risk destroying their entire economic system and collapsing. If one doesn’t see the automatic buying and selling movement and electronic support countermeasures big miners or holders of the coin take to ensure this parabolic soar to inevitable highs you aren’t looking close enough. Everybody risks losing and losing big. It seems the masses want bitcoin to reach enormous highs, preaching it will replace modern currency driving the price upwards of 100,000 per coin. I am a realist and while I do believe bitcoin and other crypto currencies will achieve great value and use in the future it will not replace the worlds fiat currencies. Be careful and realistic. If you’ve been hoddling your coins for years you have done very well for yourself yes, however, remeber how one “locks” in profits, they sell and hold “cash” or what ever stable fiat currency they live with. This is not a free ride and not everybody running this massive machine has good intentions. If China decides to capture and lock in profit at any given time, it will cause a cataclysmic disaster and melt down of an entire system. Don’t be caught holding the bag at the top. When PayPal said they were all in processing bitcoin it seemingly shot north with supersonic speeds. People who wouldn’t invent in an index fund for it was too much risk are now investing millions in something that seems too good to be true. I am not saying bitcoin will not be useful or even saying it won’t survive, I am simply saying be CAFEFUL and REALISTIC. This bubble has consequences just like the real estate financial bubble of the early 2000’s. The USA had the means at that time to inject trillions into a collapsing system...we have no more levers to pull or safety valves to open. I predict a gap cover in the 10,000-11,500 range before then skyrocketing to new highs in the 40-50,000 range before starting the fibbinaci cycle all over again. The last up cycle will be very evident by which the volume of sellers will spike to all time highs within minutes. That may be next month next year or in 5 years IDK....but it will happen. The stock market has stop gaps to ensure panic selling doesn’t destroy a healthy market, bitcoin has no such stop gaps or safety valves to ensure complete and total collapse of a system. And...the most important one. Bitcoin has no centralized governing body or enforcement to ensure criminals can’t steal or destroy a system in which so many have put faith. It’s the ultimate Dichotomy, Bitcoin excites so many because of its decentralized governing systems however those same Reasons we all “love to love” bitcoin could very well be the same reasons it sets up to cause global economic catastrophe. My prediction again is this...falls to fill CME gaps with fake trend reversals costing traders millions chasing the bottom but. Dollar cost average your buys and lock in your gains. 11,000 back up to 50,000 then back down to 24,000 before pushing up to 75,000. 100,000 is the price that triggers a global sell off meltdown and bring financial devistation to the greedy. Be careful out there. Diversify and have a plan.
Watching for Symmetric Triangle BreakoutMy past analysis posted 1/15 has been invalidated, as I had been way too hasty to accept a temporary trendline reclaim as a major technical development. In reality it broke back down, and I was forced to exit trade. But I am still bullish based on the fact that instead of a harsh drop to the 20k range as everyone has been predicting, BTCUSD has simply printed a triangle formation. This indicates strong buying+accumulation pressure - it seems to me that BTC is simply recharging and recoiling for a next leg up.
-Upside break would see continued price discovery. My first targets in this bullrun are $65,000 - $75,000 (see my past analysis if interested as to my methodology)
-Downside break will see a support at 30k, which is the trendline support for the beginning of this bull market before we went vertical. We could still see 20k-25k, who knows.
The best part about trading triangles is that we know a break in either direction is always soon - so we don't have to wait much longer!
Fundamentally - I see 2021 as a potentially strong year for BTC regardless of administrative direction in the US. If they pass more stimulus relief, inflationary concerns will rise PM+crypto. If they fail to get it passed, economic depression will continue and crypto will rise amidst those concerns as well. That is my personal view.
Hope but also fear & despairHOPE
I have to start with a little lesson or reminder:
- Parasites: Organisms that live temporarily or permanently in a host, feeding off its host rent free, in its best interest to keep the host healthy or at least alive.
- Bacteria: Entire domain (Bacteria, Archaea, Eukarya - Animals & Plants are Eukarya) that just doesn't care, some of them eat their "host" alive or dead.
- Virus: Undead creatures (technically...) that inject dna in their host to make more of them. They cannot spread on their own. Need living host.
- Prion: Misfolded protein which transmits its shape to other ones in a chain reaction and causes terrifying psychiatric symptoms, death. No diagnosis, no cure.
Let's focus on viruses. Their objective is to multiply. They're quite basic.
Take 2 viruses, which one do you think will spread the most?
A- Host instantly collapses to the ground, bleeds through his eyes, and dies in 3 days.
B- Host is full of energy, never gets any symptoms, speaks to people, laughs, goes into nightclubs weekly.
The second epidemic of SARS-cov-2 which was also called covid-19 had more cases but less deaths.
The UK has a third mutation (third is incorrect as there have been at least thousands of mutations) and this one is far more contagious than the last ones...
If it is more contagious it would not be crazy to expect it to be less severe... FFS it's a virus that's not even alive, not an alien invasion trying to wipe us out.
Most viruses have very low mortality rates. All the very lethal ones come from? From other species! In particular flying critters, and in more particular bats.
HIV is said to come from some monkey, could be flying primates who knows?
These viruses have adapted to their hosts, and when they transmit to humans they come in another form.
Common sense says "don't eat anything that looks like you". Eating humans enough times will result in a guaranteed light speed devastating exponential spread of 100% death rate prion disease. Eating monkeys often ends up badly. I would also avoid bats.
Why do bats develop so many "super viruses"?
This is the answer: Bats fly, and when they do their body heats up (I think it goes up to 40°C which is what a human gets when they have hardcore fever - fever is a body method to get rid of disease by killing it with heat). Since their body heats up it damages their dna so they have a super saiyan immune system.
A virus is fragile. Only the "strongest" ones, in this case severe, will survive, and they'll be just severe enough to live in bats without killing them.
The "weak ones" just go away.
So when this bat virus jumps to humans it's super deadly compared to where it should be at, because humans don't heat up all day long like bats and humans do not have a radioactive immune system. The virus is overtuned for humans.
Then what happens is now the "strong" virus individuals - the most severe ones - are now the "weak" ones, host dies, host does not spread, and the virus dies with it.
The "weak" ones are now the "strong" ones that will spread their genes. The virus evolves until it finds the perfect balance, which is never ending as the environment in general always changes but not as fast as changing species.
Oh by the way, this blows out the "survival of the fittest" theory. The organism that survives is the one most adapted to its environment, and the result can be as we see here a total 180°.
We can expect things to calm down, and no need to get all paranoid and have panic attacks. Anything can happen, but things settling down is very likely.
FEAR & DESPAIR
Haha just kidding we're all going to die. In the past years the world has become completely open. Globalism always existed but not as much as today.
SARS happened about 20 years ago, who knows how bad it would have been if there were no borders like today?
Look at Europe and the rest of the world, they blocked all travel from the UK.
Even Bill Gates was able to predict something like covid-19 (I think we got very lucky here, could have been really terrible), it was obvious it would happen, only a matter of time.
There are extreme diseases all the time, but most of the time they remain local and die off (not during the black death era).
If half the planet is constantly jumping around countries you can be certain some local deadly diseases will jump with them.
Having noble virtuous openness philosophical ideals is cute and all but keep in mind opening up comes with everything: ideas, people, problems, disease.
It's like always putting all your eggs in the same basket, you are very optimistic.
The science cult believes science will save us all. All I've seen until is mass panic and a rushed untested vaccine with coinflip long term effects against a virus that mutated dramatically, no idea if it will work against this new virus.
The vaccine also came long after the epidemic was over and it killed more than 1 million people.
Now imagine a kind hearted virtuous noble open world with a continent wide schengen area in every continent, and ease of movement, migrants can go anywhere they want, illegals are welcome with open arms and actually are not illegals because it's legal to do whatever you want.
Now. Tell me.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING THE NEXT EBOLA/MARBURG VIRUS OUTBREAK?
It's only a matter of time. Maybe the next one won't spread. But EVENTUALLY I can guarantee with absolute certainty there is one that will spread.
And it will be lots of fun. Towns will fall first. Armed civilians and/or tanks will obliterate anyone trying to leave the cities. But this won't stop the spread.
Half the planet will die. Every one will become ultra-racist and murder anyone that looks different. Governments will collapse.
There will be no more order. People will isolate, kill each other for food. Wow such inclusiveness.
Or the next plague could be hantavirus (rats), or something else (with climate change there has been an explosion of wildlife - boars, foxes, deers, goats...)
Or maybe it will be much much worse than even Ebola. We'll all get our food from the same place, and our food will develop some prion disease.
People that eat this food will catch a disease we can not diagnose. The proteins will end up spreading exponentially to fields hence all types of food, they will end up in the water, they will end up everywhere with no sign of illness. And then people will start dying by the millions. Those alive will know deep down they have it. And remember prion causes horrifying psychiatric symptoms yay!
Governments will straight up nuke all large cities in a desperate attempt to save humankind. It sounds crazy but it's very real.
People will get paranoid and shoot anything that moves in a 25 meter circle around them.
But it will be too late anyway. No one will survive. Everyone will die a horrible slow excruciatingly painful death. The end.
If you risk 100% of your money on each trade, no matter how high your winrate YOU WILL BLOW UP this is a promise I make to you.
Same concept with getting all food from the same source, or 1 single worldwide globalist borderless nation.
DAX COLLAPSE POSSIBLE: Does history repeat itself? This is an analysis of trend formation.
The DAX (Ger30) appears to be in a precarious position. Several features are shown on the charts.
No one knows what the future will bring. Some may have ideas but no one can know the future. Sound traders take positions with an acceptable, affordable loss.
Looking back to 25th February 2020, no one knew with near certainty that the DAX would fall further from around 12600. Then it happened. This does not mean that in the current situation, I'm saying that the DAX will fall in the same way from 11600. It's a strange coincidence though that '600' appears in the numbers. Please do not attach significance to that.
Some have been disappointed that I do not do predictions. I've explained my position on predictions before. Trend following requires no predictions. Why? Because one is just following the markets rather blindly! I've also explained how my unique methodology works in other posts.
On a related note you can see that one thing the markets are deathly afraid of is the effects of COVID-19. Well, around now the world is facing second and third waves of the virus heading at speed for Winter in the Northern hemisphere.
I have evidence for both second and third waves. Due to house rules this is not posted here.
