In my previous BTC update, I told you that BTC is at resistance and if it breaks the resistance then we see $30 soon but BTC is unable to break the resistance and got rejected badly. Now, BTC is not looking good in the daily time frame. It breaks down from the rising wedge-like structure in the daily time frame. RSI is also breaking its uptrend. The last two times when this happened we have seen a 30-35% drop in the price of BTC. BTC needs a daily close above $25k to invalidate this scenario else is ready for more drops. ETH did quite a good rally in recent days and currently trading above $1700 level. According to this 1day chart, ETH is facing horizontal and trendline resistance confluence here. We need to break above this resistance for a further bullish rally in the market. RSI is also facing resistance and in overbought zone. So what's the plan here? 1st scenario:- I'm buying ETH at pullback around $1550-$1600 level only if it holds. 2nd scenario:- If ETH gives a breakout from here without any pullback then I'm buying with the target of $2300-$2500 As of now I'm waiting patiently for either a breakout or a pullback. BTC is continuously dropping from the $24k resistance level and liquidate the most of the traders who opens a long position after seeing the break out.
