GBP/USD - Trend continuationFor now I expect the tiny support area around 1.3408 to hold for a quick move up to the top of the corrective structure. If we can see some follow through from there 1.3475 and 1.3530 would be next.
If the support fails on the other hand I expect the support zone between 1.3340-1.3360 to attract some more buyers.

GBP/NZD - Short term possible bullish preassureStill in a ranging environment on the higher time frames, shorter time frames can present some short term trading opportunities. Depending on how price reacts to the small support zone around 1.8200-1.82150 I am considering to go long with my primary target at 1.82500 and second target just shy of 1.83000.
USDZAR Where will the Rand go: Riding the Gold bullsWith Gold having a bull run the Rand promptly followed. The Rand broke the yearly PP and is showing some strength. Volume entered the market. There was a brief attempt at a short term correction last week but the Gold strength dominated and pushed the Rand through the yearly PP. In the coming week we can expect a short term pullback/correction in Gold and the Rand. With news around the Municipal elections also abounding, I think investors will be cautious and wait for the dust to settle. However, with prospects of some more Gold strength the rand should improve further in August possibly peaking at the beginning of September. But for now lets keep riding the Gold bulls and see how long we can stay on.
USDZAR Where will the Rand go befor the Municipal election? This is to update my previous view on where the Rand will go. The Municipal elections are approaching at the beginning of August which potentially could be the start of a political power shift in the country (or maybe not). However, I think there that investors sill be cautious in buying Rand before the election. With USD strength and resistance at the yearlPP we should expect the rand to weaken towards the beginning of August. Volume has been low since June. Signs of increased volume but with little price reaction is seen pointing to buyers entering the market. So expect a pull back to the cloud at just below 15 Rand to the USD.
USDZAR Where will the Rand go?As a South African we are all wondering where the Rand will go. I do not trade the Rand but while it is strengthening you could consider buying ZAR as a carry trade. With the uncertainty around the upcoming Municipal elections the Rand could weaken first before completing the ABCD correction. There is also the looming downgrade to junk status. Around September/October we should see the Rand weaken to similar levels as before the correction. Hopefully for us it will not break the 18 USD/ZAR level with the next impulse but we will have to wait to see if it does not even go to 20 USD/ZAR as some predict.
bitcoin uptrend correction21/02/16 mini crash might be an effect of the euphoria of the previous day and the consensus news. the 15 dollars fall was a correction , the uptrend is not broken and might go near 500 USD in the next 3-4 days . with all thoses good news ( consensus etc etc ) and the global economy issues ( china and europe i am waching you ) i dont see any reason for the price to go down under 400 USD in the near future.
this is my first analysis on tradingview , it is quite simple and optimistic but also pragmatic.
