Crypto Crocodile THIS IS MY FIRST IDEA, CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK IS IMMENSELY APPRECIATED This is a simple combination of 4 indicators (MACD + SMA50 + SMA200 + WILLIAMS ALLIGATOR) that I use in combination with the hCrypto Fear and Greed index to predict the long term sentiment of the market in relation to BTC. I call this model the "crocodile" in reference to the Bill Williams Alligator model. Using divergence in MACD, SMA cross patterns, and alligator movement has worked for me (so far) to see long term trends and look past the short term price action caused by FOMO and panic selling. I may not even be the first person to use this indicator combination due to the simplicity of it, but in combination with the fear and greed index it can be a powerful tool for traders to see the difference between a long term downward trend and a near term panic dump. I am currently trying to update the model by adding data from the Fear & Greed Index to my chart, but this idea is still in its infancy. I call it the "crypto super croc". Please let me know your thoughts on this as well.
