DOW JONES: Under the 4H MA50 for the first time in 2 months.Dow Jones has turned neutral on the 4H technical outlook (RSI = 55.920, MACD = 42.900, ADX = 19.367) as today it crossed under the 4H MA50 for the first time since November 1st. Even though the price remains inside the two month Channel Up, this 4H MA50 crossing constitutes the first validated sell signal coming off the big Bearish Divergence on the 1D RSI which is trading inside a Channel Down.
Even though the S1 level is the first level of Support, we expect the pullback to correct a sizeable portion of that rally and target the 1D MA50 (TP = 36,000) around the S2 level with a relative tolerance range up to the 0.382 Fibonacci level.

D-US30
US30I've been excited about this, when I saw it I wanted to take out my laptop and post immediately🤣🤣🤣
We had impulsive moves down, melting out all the positions and stops that were set.
I respect that we met part of our analysis, the other half was wrong.
Now we look for buys or support levels and ride this wave.
NFP week is also one to be careful of as it is a sh*t show.
US30Here is an alternative view.
If you understand the different phases of market movements. I should not have to explain this.
I just have to make you aware that this actually is a possibility and one that has a great RR (about 6). Which follows my trading plan and follows my triggers.
* 3 touches at the top of the channel
* 3 touches at the bottom of the channel
* Break of the main trend that was following the bullish momentum
* Currently in Phase of retest and rejection before it falls
* The bearish candlesticks had more power going down than the bullish ones moving up
I've got 5 confluences
This is now on my considerations
US30We need to be decisive here.
US30 has no exact direction from my eye from 4H going down
Yet it is still in a bullish trend from overall momentum, which is 1 out of 3 indications we have that we should be looking for buys.
Moving deeper:
The opening of the market and closing of the opening candlestick will help direct us to look out for specific moves by the market.
Watch for 37640:
- if it breaks straight through here, wait till it gets to 37600 before the next move
- if it bounces/retests here we can assume the continuation of the bigger bullish trend and break of the current trend
US30/USD Shorts from 37780.0 down towards 37500.0This week, my outlook for US30 leans towards a bearish correction downward. Given the recent strong bullish rally, the diminishing bullish pressure indicates a potential retracement to sweep liquidity and address imbalances below. Subsequently, we'll be on the lookout for buying opportunities around the 37500.0 psychological level.
The ongoing distribution and the change in price character on the hourly timeframe signal readiness for a downward move. Upon reaching our designated (6hr) Point of Interest (POI), I'll await further confirmation through a redistribution on the lower timeframe within the zone before considering a sell setup.
Confluences for US30 Sells are as follows:
- Lots of liquidity to the downside in the form of trend line liquidity and equal lows.
- Price has changed character on the hourly and price has left a clean 6hr Supply Zone.
- Candlestick anatomy showing that bullish pressure is getting exhausted.
- Major imbalances left below as well on the higher time frame that need to be filled.
- Price has been moving very bullish recently and is due for a correction.
- If price wants to continue in a bullish direction I expect for price to tap into the 4hr demand.
P.S. While my current stance is bearish in the short term, my overall outlook for the market remains bullish. This bearish perspective is a temporary one, allowing us to align with the prevailing trend eventually. It's crucial to note that my bearish scenario may be invalidated, considering the presence of equal highs nearby.
HAPPY NEW YEARS TO ALL OF YOU AND HOPE THIS YEAR BRING EVERYONE PROFITABILITY AND CONSISTENCY. LETS CATCH THESE PIPS!
DOW JONES Key trade focused on the MA50 (4h).Dow Jones has been trading inside a Channel Up since the October 27th Low.
The MA50 (4h) has been the main support throughout this time, having stayed unbroken since November 1st.
Trading Plan:
1. Buy on the current market price as long as the MA50 (4h) holds.
2. If the MA50 (4h) breaks, sell.
Targets:
1. 38550 (+4.06% rise, the lowest throughout the Channel Up).
2. 36400 (the MA200 4h).
Tips:
1. The RSI (4h) has been trading under a Falling Resistance, which indicates a potential Bearish Divergence. It favors a break under the Channel Up.

Notes:
Past trading plan:
US30 LongsUS30 is breaking All-Time-Highs.
Trend is still Bullish.
Market opened with bullish momentum; waiting for retracement to enter long positions.
Aggressively enter new long positions once original position is in profit and has found support.
Avoid entering new positions if original position is negative.
Stop loss placed under bullish breakout.
SPX LongsMarket has been breaking All-Time-Highs.
Overall Market Trend is still bullish.
Same sized retracements (indicated by green trend-lines) have printed, along with a subsequent bullish breakout, confirm continuation of uptrend.
Invalidation at 4733.3 (stop loss placed)
No profit target (new highs cannot be accurately determined at this time).
Aggressively enter new positions once original position is in profit and has found support.
Avoid entering new positions if original position goes negative.
Look for similarities in US30, NAS100, FTSE, DAX & NIKKEI.
DOW JONES Huge Bearish Divergence on 4HDow Jones (DJI) is trading within a very aggressive Channel Up since the October 27 bottom that has seen it rise almost by +17%, making new a All Time High (ATH) in the process. In the meantime it is about to hit the Higher Highs trend-line that has been acting as a Resistance, rejecting similar Channel Up patterns since April 14.
What is more alarming than this Resistance, is the Channel Down that has emerged on the 4H RSI. The other two similar Channel Down patterns that emerged after the RSI got overbought, did so right before the index peaked on the Higher Highs trend-line, starting two corrective Bearish Megaphone patterns. Those structures reached at least the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level measured from the previous Higher Low, and the 0.618 Fibonacci level from the bottom of the (blue) Channel Up.
Based on this occurrence, we expect yet another Higher Highs rejection that will test at least the 0.618 Fib at 36750, which is our current sell target. Potentially, if the selling pressure is pilled up and transitions to the 1D time-frame, it can reach as low as the 0.5 Fibonacci from the October bottom at 35150.

us30hello my friends !
couple things I want to make clear , I trade pre- breakouts and usually the win rate is pretty good not to mention my rr usually 1 to 7rr .
my pre- breakout usually works better on higher time frames as you know the markets " usually play out better with " high times frame more specially in forex pairs .
I wanted to give try on indices to see how it goes , anyways just have to get that out the way .
this trade I believe I mention is B set up because even tho all my confirmation is there I am still trade against overall trends that usually I don't do on my A+ SETUPS .
1 - my stop loss is always Very calculated and thought out , if the market hit out stop loss the trade is invalid and those happens about 50% of the times is just what it is , but the other 50% times the market goes to grab liquify and some gaps and those areas I target .
2- this trade is performing how I initially thought it would , if we go 1 o 1 on profit place sl at break even since b setups . ( against overall trends )
3 - usually my entries on 78 % fibs but us30 moves very fast that why is almost 85% retracment place on fibs although that was still some draw down .
anyways will update y'all later with this trade

🎄📉 US30 Targets 33000 & 29000 - "Merry BearXmas" 🎯❄️Greetings! It's important to note that the financial market is currently experiencing a bearish trend, which has been confirmed and requires your attention. Given this situation, it's crucial to take immediate steps to safeguard your investments and mitigate potential losses. Don't hesitate - act swiftly to ensure your financial well-being and set the stage for future prosperity.

It's no coincidence that Gold and Silver are also showing the same bearish sign.
DOW JONES US30 (WALL STREET)Wall street on max highest level as end of 2023 (woo!) according to my speculation on wall street price moves into wave cycles and liquidity grab. after price has taken previous highest liquidity(monthly) we about to see newer price cycles to the downside if not price doesn't close above the the invalidation zone since its our only guard for price to resist the zone.
COMMENT FOR ANY VIEWS
Probably correction is waiting for Dow JonesHello guys,
The Dow Jones recently broke through its all-time high.
My prediction is that at least for the short term, there is a correction ahead of the Dow Jones.
After correction, you can think about buying in the specified areas.
long at current prices is very very dangerous, Take care.
Market Dynamics: Large Players Enter as Price Reaches Highs
The price has been on a significant bullish rally, breaking historical highs. This suggests that the price has encountered strong buying interest, indicating the presence of buy-side liquidity. From a technical perspective, this suggests that a retracement may be imminent.
As further confirmation, on the daily chart, we can see that the price reached the liquidity of its previous high and swiftly reversed, creating a breaker pattern. If the price continues to decline, it is likely to experience a shallow retracement to prevent buyers from recovering all their losses.
Additionally, in the highlighted area, we can clearly observe a decrease in buying activity and an increase in aggressive short positions. This could be an indication of the involvement of institutional or large traders, and it's something to keep a close eye on.
Furthermore, the catalysts scheduled for tomorrow add more weight to the possibility of a correction. In my experience, this type of price action often occurs before significant market-moving events. A significant correction is highly probable.
For setting stop-loss (SL) levels, I've shared both aggressive and conservative ideas. I've also provided take-profit (TP) levels based on Fibonacci retracement levels at -272 and -618, with the last one indicated by the white line on the chart.
Please note that trading involves risks, and it's essential to use proper risk management techniques and consider your own trading strategy and risk tolerance when making trading decisions. This analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice.
DOW JONES Correction expected due to insanely overbought RSI.Dow Jones (DJI) easily hit last week's (December 12) target (37000) at the top of the 2-month Channel Up (see chart below) with the price grinding ever since on its top:
That was a short-term signal, today we shift our attention to the medium-term and the 1D time-frame where the 1D RSI is 'insanely' overbought near 87.50, a level it hasn't touched since January 2018. In fact if we look a little longer, we can see a perfectly fitting sequence with today's price action in late 2016. The 1D RSI got hugely overbought at 87.40 on December 13 2016 and pulled-back to the 1D MA50 (blue trend-line) before resuming the uptrend.
This overbought 1D RSI peak was made after two straight Channel Downs leading to approximately +9.58% and +14.50% rises, which is quite similar to what's been happening since April. This tells us not to engage in any buying any more, even though due to being on the end of year euphoria and post Fed rate cut anticipation, it can rise some more. But the risk is higher now than buying near the 1D MA50 again.

The Fed Put is back – buy the dip is a key theme of 2024 As many try to put reasoning to the perennial grind higher in US equity markets, one clear factor is that the market sees one major difference between 2023 and 2024 – the ‘Fed put’ has been reborn and the metaphorical safety blanket for risky assets is back in the mix.
Cast our minds back to January 2023, and investors were seeing inflation falling, with headline CPI coming in from 9.1% (in June 2022) to 6.4% (in December) – however, confidence of further falls was still low, and traders saw the path for inflation as evenly distributed. The absolute level was also still very high, and the Fed were hellbent on bringing that down, where at the time many felt that this could come at the expense of a recession - which was the big consensus view.
We also knew that the Fed was focused on reducing its balance sheet through FWB:95B p/m in balance sheet runoff (or QT). For many, the perception of reduced liquidity meant being underweight or bearish on equity and credit.
It’s not hard to understand why the market felt vulnerable, believing the historical saviour of the capital markets was no longer going to support, even on a 15-20% drawdown in the S&P500.
2024 is a very different dynamic
In 2024, the Fed have a 5.3% fed funds rate to play around with and can cut rates if there is a need to support businesses and the consumer. A far cry from the zero-interest rate world we’ve been accustomed to for many years.
Having reduced the balance sheet by over MIL:1T and having numerous case studies showing how effective the use of its balance sheet has been in providing targeted and immediate support. The markets know the Fed will not hesitate to utilize its balance sheet to provide target liquidity and capital to stave off any issue deemed potentially systemic.
Most importantly, the distribution for US inflation is now considered skewed and one-sided, with a high probability of lower levels.
Hence, the Fed has increased scope to ease policy should the need arise, and while Fed officials are saying their work is not done, and the last push to get to its 2% inflation target is the hardest part, they can front load cuts far more efficiently when core PCE is at 3.5% and falling.
In recent times we’ve seen massive inflows in US equity and ETF funds, accelerated corporate equity buy-backs, which are suppressing volatility, and generally FOMO capital chasing returns. Within the flows, there’s been an active rotation into junk and high leverage equity, as well as high short interest plays – confidence is clearly euphoric.
It’s easy to argue that traders know that if a tail risk event plays out in 2024, then this time is different, and the Fed (and other DM central banks) will support asset markets. The strike price for the 'Fed Put' has moved far closer to the market.
Recent history has shown time after time when bad things happen, they are nearly always rectified in a positive fashion and we ‘climb the wall of worry’. Its why funds are consistent sellers of volatility on spikes.
The buzz phrase for 2024
Talk of a ‘Fed Put’ will be a major buzz phase in 2024 – markets may even test it out and take on the Fed to search out its willingness to act and to support. For market participants, it suggests that equity drawdown will be supported and ‘buy the dip’ will be back in vogue once again – not that it really has gone away.
DOW JONES has entered the SELL ZONEDow Jones / US30 has broken into the 0.786 - 1.000 Fibonacci zone, which is the top range of the Channel Up since September 2022.
That is the most efficient range to start adding shorts as a corrective Channel Down is expected to start in January.
Wait for the 1day MACD to form a Bearish Cross.
Target 35450, which is the 0.236 Fibonacci level and has been touched by both previous Bearish Waves of the Channel Up.
