DXY short - Supply Demand - Break Out - Explained - Why DXY?Hello Traders! It seems like we broke out on the DXY. The price was ranging between these two daily Levels and it looks like we broke out. For the final Confirmation wait for the daily close. If the candle will close like this then we broke out and we can expect that the DXY will drop. Target: Target is the Demand Zone marked on the charts. WHY is DXY dropping? Me personally I am not surprised about this drop. The DXY became weak due to the impact of the Corona Virus. The Dollar is loosing value. Devaluation. If this is the case then we will see the DXY dropping a lot. But I will make next a more detailed analysis about the fundamentals concerning the FED. BITCOIN short - TrendLine break and retest - Supply Demand - h4Hello Traders! Nice Setup possibility on Bitcoin. We can see a nice Up Trend on Bitcoin. But price did not formed a new Higher High and Price also broke the Trend Line. Now we are currently retesting the Trend Line. At the same price we have a Supply Zone which is an additional confirmation. Structure: The overall structure of Bitcoin is in a Triangle Pattern. I made some analysis in the past. Check them out in the links down below. We are also currently at a weekly Supply level. The weekly price action showed us indecision phase. This could lead to shifting momentum which would let Bitcoin drop. This is will not be a big drop. It will just be a correction of the up move. Afterwards I expect a bigger push to the upside. GBPJPY short - Supply Demand - h4- Update (Be REACTIVE in Forex)Hello Traders! Quick Update on GJ. I adapted the chart for you. I marked two possible scenarios for GJ. Me personally I see it dropping because of the structure but the price can still go up. In trading we need to be reactive and not predictive. We simply can not predict the future but we can work with high probability setups and be reactive on what the market gives us. Me personally I took yesterday short on GJ. I was in profit but price reversed back up to retest the zone. This happened because the DXY dropped today. Due to the current situation of the DXY it is a little bit difficult to trade because this fundamentals news can cause trend reversals, breakouts, ... This is why I mentioned to be reactive in Forex. It is not a problem if we got fundamental impact. We simply need to react on them. In this case we are watching how the market price will respond to this Supply Zone. For me we got yesterday the Price Action confirmation. If this trade will lose, it will not be a problem for me. Then I only lost 1R. The next step would than be if this was a Fake Out or if we broke the Supply Zone and waiting for a retest to join the buyers. If the next trade works I am in big profit again. Simple. XAUUSD long - Supply Demand - h4 - Correction, Risk RewardHello Traders! I posted yesterday an analysis where I explained 2 possible scenarios. Now we broke through that Demand area and we went down to the daily Demand Zone. This daily Demand Zone is a strong zone and it can push the price higher. We need to watch how the daily candle will close and to be reactive and to jump into long position if we got a confirmation on the daily timeframe. But for now we may go up to the h4 Supply Zone and from there again down to the daily Demand. Then we can jump into longs. Structure: Like we can see Gold is in a corrective move right now. The market does this after an huge movement. After the corrective wave the trend will be continued. On Gold we have an Up Trend. We try to catch the Up Trend move. Of course we can trade the correction but watch for Price Action confirmation. Risk Reward Be patience with Gold, as we all know that this pair is very aggressive. Follow proper risk management and you are good. Do not try to overdo with lotsize. I know with Gold you can catch a big amount of pips but you should try to catch a big amount of R:R. GBPUSD short - Supply Demand - h4 - UPDATEHello Traders! I adapted the chart on GBPUSD for you guys. Price went up like expected but it went more up. Still not a problem for our analysis because we got 2 order blocks there. I marked them on the chart as one big zone. Price then shows us indecision candle which indicates us that the market do not know which direction to take. Therefore we could see a nice drop now. The thing is that I do not like the latest candles. No clear sign of bearish power. This is why I marked 2 possible scenarios on the charts because we could go still higher on GU. Therefore this zone was not valid. This is because the banks did not have any orders left at this orderblock. This is why Price Action confirmation is so important. Now Price is again at a Supply Zone and we got the possibility that the price will drop from here. Watch Price Action and after a Confirmation you can jump into shorts. The price already moved down from the Supply Zone and we may go up again to retest it and then we will see a continuation of the drop to the Demand Zone.
