📉 DAX bearish playDAX is showing excellent bearish signs on the 1H and 4H charts, the only problem is the major support of the 1D chart. As an overall with commodities increasing heavy yesterday we believe that inflation will start to tick up again which could cause issues to indices such as the DAX and DJ30. Yesterday we had a strong sell-off on the DAX around the London open, we never really recovered that drop but the pullback brought us to the 30/38.2 fib zone, which in our system means possible sells. We took a 3 to 1 RR trade here and we're supported by lower lows and lower highs of the overall 4H play, which is resisted with a trend line too.

🐮 Longs on DAX as a day tradeDAX finally approaced a level and formed a decent pullback on its short-term charts which gives us reasons to go long. Specifically price has hit the 38.2% of the recent high/low play of the current price moves, which is a trigger for buy for our "pullback trading system". In about 2 and a half hours we get the important PCE data from the US, which measures inflation and that is the current market theme right now in the financial world, the Eurozone CPI data came out higher, meaning inflation is rising but so did the GDP. Based on our study of inflation, indices tended to go up with higher inflation.

BTC down (GAP, new uptrend etc)Finally BTC has bounced from 29278 and is close to the resistance level of 35000 - 36000. The movement was quite predictable, as we wrote it before. BTC continued to move in its "profit channel". This week BTC has touched the bottom at the end of the week and we can see a good speculating effect of holidays. But it is early for BTC to go higher. If this bottom began the new H4 uptrend line, than it should be retested soon. We can also see a small GAP at 29650 that can also be closed. Impulse - correction - impulse is over. Be careful with your trades, and with your TV rates!

BTC down when Amazon denies BTC paymentsAs we didn't expect - the rumours about BTC payments pulled BTC price higher than H1 downtrend channel. As we expected than - a good bounce from the resistance of 40500 - 40000 to the level of 37000 - 36500. The price now is about 37000 and we should share our trading ideas with you. The main thing is that we are still in a major sideway correction. It is on the way, and we can see the real efforts to brake the downtrend and move up again (but not now). There still was no real downtrend correction, as you can see it in the chart. Probably BTC can move higher, but not so high as the Binance squizze (LOL). Please also mention that now we have a HUGE GAP on 34550 - 32450 that can be closed in this week. So we are again looking for a good SHORT position and will keep in touch with more good ideas from Scalper Season Team. If BTC will be stable for few days higher than 42000 - 41000, than we can expect it above 57000 - 55000.

SPX500 with a nice BUY-CHANCEHey tradomaniacs, the market-depth of SPX500 (Furtures) is showing strong absorption at the bottom of the range. So far the biggies were able to take liquidity whenever there was a bunch of volume coming in trying to push price down below the support-zone. This is a strong evidence of a reversal! The only concern is we are still close to the daily Point-of-Controle which is usually a NO-TRADE-ZONE for me as institutional traders are doing their business there. Either wait for price to move away from it or take the risk and be patient until price moves away (higehr risk involved). I`m already long as this is a very likely scenartio with high risk-reward.
