Draftkings, The pullback for the punch?We'll keep it simple today. Today we examine the daily chart. Since the end of August, price action began to move in this ascending channel Since mid September when the market was flushing, Draftkings held strong. There are some slight indicators according to my TA that this one could pullback slightly this week, but also could resume its path back up this week, I dont see this one falling out of this channel in my personal opinion Analysts have raised price targets and momentum has picked up since announcing Micheal Jordan to the board and announcing an ESPN partnership. Could more great business news be in store for Draft kings? Shares for short, mid, and long term could be in an attractive range this week. Options to the call side might also be a an attractive trade this week. With all things said, we need the price action to stay in this channel to use these strategies and to reach new highs.

DraftKings Bulls Set to Rally - $DKNGNASDAQ:DKNG Sports betting is continuing to gain traction and acceptance across the United States. With sports actually finding their way back on the field since the long COVID-19 break, you would have to HATE money to not look to get extremely long in this name. From a technical standpoint, it is attempting yet again to breakout of that $26-$41 (two purple horizontal lines) range that PA has been stuck in since printing its last high back at the start of June. The orange box has historically been a strong supply zone, sending us back down to the bottom of the range after attempting to gain price acceptance above the horizontal purple line around $41 in June. If we can get a couple daily bars to print and hold above the first diagonal dark purple line, I like this name to make a strong move to $65 in a relatively short period of time, which would be almost a +58% move from current price of $41. Bullish Flag breakout for DKNG??It appears as though DKNG is breaking out of a bull flag, very interesting bullish cross on the KST. The first green finger on the KST back in April is what we want to see happen again, not like the red finger icon in July which basically resulted in choppy trading. Higher lows on the RSI and it's looking like a higher high is going to occur in the near term. Overall a few bullish indicators, add to the fact Michael Jordan Joins DraftKings as a Special Advisor to the Board and there's sentiment for upside price action.

DKNG - Draft Kings Swing TradeWith Sports scheduled to start making a comeback, we've been looking at this one for a Swing trade. Right now the stock is going parabolic so we're definitely expecting a pullback but we're going to keep riding it until we see some resistance. Draft Kings BubbleIN MY OPINION The coronavirus has sparked a lot of interest in people with (extra money) stimulus checks/unemployment and (extra time) unemployed. When things go back to "normal" and people go back to their regularly scheduled days they will forget about gambling with draft kings but not all of them. I think there will be a solid price range that it will hang around... Right now the most resistance I've seen is around 18.68 and 11.43 for support. Of course price action isn't the only thing to factor in what a company is worth.. I will be looking to short this once momentum slows down.

Draft Kings is a Monster - Long Live Sports BettingsDraft Kings I personally believe is worth double what it is now. However, sports not being played all that makes it scary for investors. With news on earnings today I think you see a big time change. I think it will consolidate in the corner forming an ascending triangle and breakout the top. If it doesn't I also marked put options where to enter and wher to check on the way down. Personally I am long not just on 30% rev earnings, but I love draft kings myself, their customer support, overall experience and its a money making machine with little overhead.
