On Wednesday we have earnings report from TSLA. Since it's one of the biggest companies on the stock market and it's market cap is 1/3 of all cryptocurrency market, it will be interesting to see what news will bring us
Technical analysis
From technical Point of View we are trading in a range, shown on the chart with bold lines. On top we have local trendline that keeps the price bearish and will act as additional resistance.
What are the expectations?
As we seen global wellfare downturn and China's lockdown which made TSLA factories pause it's production, it's fair to say that expectations are quite low.
If earnings will be good we will squeeze to the trendline and break throught it, likely with a follow up of breaking out of the range.
What will happen?
If earnings report will be worse than expected, price will plumet and either
1. We see trendline false breakout and then squeeze to the bottom of the range
2. We see squeeze to the bottom of the range straight away.

I think once this short term drop hits, which will be carried with short momentum from the weekly chart, all RSI and momentum trends should be expected to reverse, align, and rise with support from the bigger time frames. It looks like Twitter has become dependent on Elon Musk. The billionaire Tesla CEO recently made a 44 billion offer to buy Twitter. From a shareholder's perspective, that's a tempting offer considering Twitter has only made a profit in 2 of the last 10 years.
The business has stalled or is even at risk. In a company report, Twitter wrote that only less than 5% of its users are fake accounts. Musk wants proof of these claims and has put the deal on hold for now, but continues to express interest in the acquisition.
The technology sector has fallen a lot lately, and the sell-off doesn't seem to be over yet. I guess Musk is planning this move on intention to be able to buy the shares cheaper later on.
If Elon Musk decides to cancel the offer entirely, he will have to pay a sum of 1 billion US dollars.
$TWTR stock moving down, regardless of Elon Musk newsI'd venture to say that either of these two options are the likely possibilities, with the most important factor being the price clearing the trend line.

About a month ago❗️, i published the idea about the same strange relationship between Elon and DOGE. Check it out😉
But we traders have to be ready for anything. Now a lot of traders are "locked" in Doge after the accumulation in the $0.8-0.88 value area. They become the fuel for dump and some of them have already been liquidated.
I expect the false breakout of the $0,064-0,066 value area return to the trendline and after some squeeze above it break it down. Preconditions for it we can check at the volume indicator. Some big players sell doge at the rebounce after dump. If at the false breakout the volumes will grow it will be the best confirmation for us to open a short trade according to this scenario.
Targets: return at least to $0,5-0,55 value area. The next targets we can difine when this movement begin depends on BTC mood.

TSLATSLA may bounce off the given buy zone.. and then get right into the next buy zone in the 400's
Watch for a move above that 727 level. 820 can come if it breaks above there.
Continued selling of course can follow still in the days to come as we've seen the last few weeks, although I can not ignore my support levels that I mapped out weeks ago prior to these levels being now reached.

Really need a bounce at 696 or 680 to keep a range in tact otherwise there's more sell to come on it! I'd really like to see a break above 730 on Tsla for continued upside otherwise I'm convinced we're going lower soon. I'll be waiting to purchase towards 650 and lower for my next set of shares for the long term portfolio.
