Powerful PerformaceEmaar properties showed good strength after releasing its financial results. Investors are happy with the quarterly results and we can see the smiles on the chart. Emaar is in a strong uptrend no doubt, it broke the resistance of 7.57 it has hit our targets and now its heading for 8.45 Real estate is booming in Dubai and Emaar is the biggest developer in the region. With new projects coming up and launches fundamentally its getting stronger and stronger. I think this time it i will cross 10.00 this stock is good for long term investment. LETS GO BABYEmaar Properties has released a positive news with the real estate booming in the UAE property prices are climbing up in other words fundamentally Emaar is getting strong day by day. We will surely see its reflection in the stock price too. With the last Green candle we are seeing buyers garbing this stocks I am expecting a continuation to the upside. Watchout for a strong resistance around 7.45-7.50 zone. I think this stock will very soon be above 10dhs. Correction PhaseAfter this massive selling pressure that we saw because of Geopolitical unrest in the middle east for now Emaar is trying to recover but this move cannot be trusted its just a short recovery. bears will attack anytime again so this can be a bull trap which we have to avoid although its very tempting to buy at current levels. I am waiting for a small correction and then pick up this stock. Over all markets are very sensitive for now any news can result in a crazy move. Hit like & follow guys ;)

Strong Bulls Trending No doubt that emaar properties is in a strong uptrend, people are just buying at what ever price they can. There was also a news that emaar will pay higher dividends. Fundamentals Real estate market is booking in Dubai and with prices going up companies revenue is also leaping many folds. Retest Those who have missed this beautiful rally to the upside now they are waiting for a correction including me to buy this stock. With the strong bulls around i think it can retest 38% FIB and resume its uptrend. I think overall this stock will be very soon above 10.00 very good for long term holding too.
