$UUUU forming a monthly lower high? To see lower prices ahead.I know everyone wants to be bullish uranium, but to me the chart doesn't looks as great as everyone thinks it does.
$UUUU looks to be forming a monthly lower high, which could setup a move back down to $2.48 over the next year or so.
First stop on a move down would be $6.11, then $4.46, where I think we'd find shorter term support.
Then longer term over the course of the next year, I can see $UUUU heading back to the range it broke out from.
Let's see what happens.
Energy Fuel - Deja Vu Pattern, Cup Could Break to the UpsideEnergy Fuels is the leading U.S. producer of uranium – the fuel for carbon- and emission-free nuclear energy. Nuclear energy is expected to see strong growth in the coming years, as nations around the world work to provide plentiful and affordable energy, while combating climate change and air pollution.
Energy Fuels is also a major U.S. producer of vanadium and an emerging player in the commercial rare earth business where its work is helping to reestablish a fully integrated U.S. supply chain.
With a truly unique portfolio, Energy Fuels has more production capacity, licensed mines and processing facilities, and in-ground uranium resources than any other U.S. producer. It boasts diverse cashflow-generating opportunities, including vanadium production, uranium recycling and rare earth processing.

UUUU ENERGY FUELSI am Uber bullish on #uranium sector. Looks like consolidation is over and we are ready for a new move. Technical looks very good, beside strong fundamentals for uranium and this particular company. Inside of megaphone pattern we are also seeing bullish formation. Price is hovering just above 50 DMA which is a bullish sign. new price target around $8.86 and we should get there by April 5th + or - $0.5 on a price and a day or two on a date
UUUU Energy fuels potential bull flagIt is early to state but I just found that Energy fuels(UUUU) could be in a bull flag. It could stay in it with retracement taking us back as low as 50% from the peak which would account for $3.48. If it was the case, then after breaking out to the upside potential price target would be around $11-$12. Taking into consideration uranium market condition it is not that far-fetched.
UUUU: Energy Fuels IncEnergy Fuels state they are "the No. 1 uranium producer in the U.S. with a market-leading portfolio" as well as being a recent vanadium producer.
Energy Fuels Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the extraction, recovery, exploration, and sale of conventional and in situ uranium recovery in the United States. The company owns and operates the Nichols Ranch uranium recovery facility located in Wyoming; the Alta Mesa project located in Texas; and the White Mesa Mill located in Utah. It also holds interests in uranium and uranium/vanadium properties and projects in various stages of exploration, permitting, and evaluation located in Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado.
Energy Fuels owns two fully licensed and constructed ISR uranium facilities in the U.S, with a combined capacity of 3.5 million pounds of uranium per year.

The Company completed no uranium sales of any significance during the quarter and continues to add to uranium inventories.
On July 12, 2019, President Donald J. Trump issued a Presidential Memorandum pursuant to Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 (as amended), ordering the creation of the U.S. Nuclear Fuel Working Group (the "Working Group") to "examine the current state of domestic nuclear fuel production to reinvigorate the entire nuclear fuel supply chain, consistent with United States national security and nonproliferation goals." The Working Group has 90 days from July 12, 2019 to complete its recommendations to the President. The Company intends to continue supporting this initiative in Q3-2019 and believes it has the potential to result in actions that provide meaningful support to the U.S. uranium mining industry.

Long UUUU rebound Trump did not approved increasing import tax from 7% to 25%. That would greatly benefit domestic uranium miners, such as Energy Fuels Inc. Trump did not approved simple tax, but called for a working group to evaluate and work with industry how to help domestic uranium miners, so USA would be more independent on their Uranium purchases, citing national security. 36% sell off is big overreaction, turnaround for 232 petition isn't what everyone expected, but it's not bad, it's quite positive actually. Meaning in 90 days, UUUU should at least once touch area 2.5-2.8 USD, if not because of fundaments, at least because of TA.
UUUU - Could Go Either Way Short Term; Bullish Long TermClosed after a small bounce off the 50D SMA, just below the 100D. This stock has been incredibly correlated with the 50, 100 and 200D averages. Short-term, Wait to see which direction it breaks (above 100 or below 50) and long/short appropriately. Long term, still very bullish. Global uranium demand is only set to increase drastically, as well as being the only vanadium produced in the US.
The section 232 for Energy Fuels will be absolutely massive if approved and based on Trump's previous policy, that seems fairly likely. However, if denied it will destroy a lot of enthusiasm. The 232 was filed Jan 16th, 2018, and they were federally inspected a couple months ago. Once an investigation is started (started in July 2018), the final decision must be made within 360 days.
