Euraudforecast
EurAud- Strong reversal from supportSince 22 September, EurAud has dropped almost linearly and the price fell almost 1000 pips and has reached 1.6350.
This zone is a strong support one at this point and acted as such in the past 4 years.
I expect this support to hold once more and the pair to rise and challenge 1.69 resistance
Dips against 1.6350 should be bought
EurAud waiting for a pullback to retestAfter a break of the major trendline, we are holding bearish bias on this pair but in lower timeframe , it is looking to break the downtrend channel for a pullback to the retest area. Waiting for a break and retest for a confirmation and better risk reward ratio.
EURAUD; Time to catch a short swing tradeEURAUD formed a head and shoulder on D1 which is a classic reversal pattern. Breakout of the neckline and bullish trendline gives us a great opportunity to short the market on a retest. From there I sell the market to the next swing low.
What is your opinion on EURAUD?
Nice trading!
EURAUD SHORT As we see, EURAUD formed a head and shoulders pattern on the daily Time Frame. We wait for a breakout along the Neckline before placing a trade,
What is a head & shoulder pattern ?
Head and Shoulders formations consist of a left shoulder, a head, and a right shoulder and a line drawn as the neckline. The Head & Shoulder pattern appears in an uptrend suggesting that the uptrend is at its end. The H&S is bearish reversal signal
Please use proper risk management depending on your account size, Use lot sizes based on these calculations.
Here is a break down of your pip value in ZAR and Dollars
0, 01 = R1,43 / $0,10c
0. 05 = R 7,15 / $ 0.50
0.10 = R 14,3 / $1.00
1 Lot size = R 146,26
How to calculate Margin = (Lot Size * Contract Size)/Leverage, Lets say your broker gives you 1:500, and you open 0,2 size, How much are you exposing ? calculations : (0.2 * 10 000) / 500 = $4 (R58) also (1 Lot * 100 000) / 500 = $200 (R2 960)
So, each time I open (1 Lot size, am exposing R2960 (Down payment)
Remember, These are long term trades, It is advisable to have enough margin to handle the fluctuation of the markets.

EurAud- Where to buySince the double bottom market with March's low, EurAud is trading in a clear ascending trend.
Now the pair is in a normal correction after the recent 1.64 high and this can offer us a good opportunity to join this trend
1.6 is both psychological and confluence support and is the zone where I'm looking to buy

Potential Head and Shoulder Pattern Spotted @ EURAUDFX:EURAUD [/symbol
Friends,
[ b]H&S pattern and rising wedge are brewing on EURAUD (1D TF) with a potential price move of about 1000 pips (10,000 ticks) if measured from resistance area formed by left shoulder (potential right shoulder) to height projection of the H&S from it's neckline.
2 sell positions will be appropriate with TP1 @ the neckline while TP2 @ the end of the rising wedge.
Good luck to us all.
