Before discussing the current price action, I request you to check the link given below. It was back in August 2021, when I analyzed EURUSD stating that it is in danger, and guess what happened? EURUSD got rejected exactly to the lower support level stretched out in the chart.
Now, the current price is holding support at 1.088, and if this support is strong enough then I am expecting a rally back to the upper trendline at 1.2. Breaking down below the support level will invalidate the bounce.
The current war situation is having a great impact on the entire currency market so let's be extra cautious.
