Fear
Dollar, VIX, Gold & Silver are Spiking! What Could This IndicateTraders,
In this video I'll cover the spikes we are witnessing in the dollar, fear, and precious metals (specifically gold). We'll discuss what this might indicate to us from a geo-political/macro-economic perspective. Inflation continues to tick up. The SEC continues to attack big players (tokens/coins) in the crypto space without providing rules for how to play fairly. We'll track the current progress on stocks pulling back. Bitcoin dominance had done something it has never done before. Meanwhile, Bitcoin continues to track sideways while altcoins continue their deeper pullback. Plus, I'll analyze Ethereum Classic and at the end of the video I have some news from my followers.
P.S. - Minutes after producing the video, I read that Iran plans to attack Israel. The charts were telling us something. Is this it?
Trading Psychology 101 | FEAR (1/2)A bit of a different video for you..
Thought i should talk about a sensitive subject here..
Psychology in trading and the key factors that you may need to finally BECOME a better trader..
In this part, I talk about FEAR and FOMO. Also, I added a more sensitive part, which is feeling burnt out and ways to overcome that.
Hope you find this helpful!
LET'S GET REAL: Fear of Losing! Hey Traders,
Most traders battle it. I myself had to progress past this in order to achieve consistent returns trading the markets. It is seen as one of the hardest challenges to pass in terms of emotional discipline. Understanding yourself better so you can make decisions in a calm, composed and consistent manner is crucial to success.
Today I wanted to touch on that. I wanted to talk about the fear of losing what spurred from my fear of losing, how I progressed through it (it still creeps in from time to time). Hopefully you can take from my story and how it improved your trading or how it can help you progress past that fear of losing.
If anyone has any questions or maybe some other stories in the way they progressed through a fear of losing or a fear of being a failure, please feel free to share in the comments and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Have a fantastic trading week!
There's not enough panic in the market yetI've done an analysis of a very popular indicator which measures the sentiment of the market. The takeaway is that people have started to worry but neither has the price dropped enough and nor is there a significant level of fear in the market. I am going to wait before buying.
Appreciate your feedback!
Daily Crypto Update - This 1 news story may be influencing priceIn this video:

Master your mindset, master your trading!
SPY - FINALLY SHORT! But don´t be so happy!Hi traders,
we saw BIG SHORT in the SPY market yesterday. I am really happy because my Short trades went into profit, but we still have major S/R levels below the market, that can stop that nice move down!
I am talking about the Value Area that held the price for more than a year. In the middle of this range is PoC that behaves like the magnet.
So that´s probably my final target because the market has a tendency to went back to the fairest price.
I hope you can make profits during this difficult time.
Have good trading,
Jakub

VIX divergence - confirmation for SPY LONGGood morning traders,
another video regarding the FEAR index - CBOE:VIX . I posted the video yesterday, that contained information about VIX extreme points that are good for finding Lows in the AMEX:SPY
Another approach is to search for divergences between SPY and VIX market . If the market is falling down but we have less panic, it is likely to turn around.
At the end of the video is the description of what I'm going to look for in VIX when the SPY market starts to pull back.
Have good trading,
FINEIGHT team
NASDAQ: FEAR > (GREED + HOPE) ==> CORRECTION.In this screencast I set out why I think the NASDAQ is in deep trouble and uncertainty. This is truly beyond technical and fundamental analysis.
I'm looking into the psychology of markets. There is a whole lot to fear in this market. Reality is catching up on fantasy. It's been a long lovely dream and the big boys have made their killing. They will not want this to turn into a nightmare!
I explore patterns that today, are pretty similar to 2007-ish
I show why I think the market is exhausting. I say that quite possibly fear may outweigh greed and hope.
So the equation in a superheated bull market is:
FEAR > (GREED + HOPE) ==> CORRECTION.
DISCLAIMERS: This is speculative opinion only. That the post is listed as short is only an indication of probability estimate for the south. It is not intended to cause fear or to advise people on making financial decisions. Your decisions are your own as well as the risks you accept. If you lose out on profits or otherwise lose money, kindly sue yourself!
S&P 500: Panic breaks outThis is a short one. It appears that the SPX spooked itself last night! Well, to be fair it was probably news of the death cross which caught some investors, that was related to some price action.
Markets - at their tips - are ruled by hope, fear and greed. Watch this space. No predictions - as usual. :)
On lurking, trading, emotions and risk. This is about psychology - that 'no-go' area. In this video I explore negative emotions from different aspects. I look at how emotions are connected to risk and risk management.
Avoidance is connected both to risk and emotions.
I say that the biggest part of trading is about separating emotions from the objective assessment of risk
The dangers in listening to the newsI'm sharing a chart to give my sentiments about listening to the news. New traders especially tend to listen to the news and website opinions about where markets are heading. I show a bit on how I approached a particular situation on the US30.
A lot of news is late and people who create news items or blogs have their own biases, based on the information they have.
The news can be dangerous to trading as it can cause a trader to become apprehensive, doubtful and stay out of trade setups that may be quite sound for entry.
News can be depressing and cause a trader anxiety.
Some very important earthshaking news may be useful e.g. some major monetary policy change in Europe or America. But on the whole, listening to or reading news is fraught with problems.
I've found that I make better decisions when I approach the markets with a kind of fearlessness described by Mark Douglas . The fearless state of mind is not 'recklessness'. It is about calmly making decisions and accepting risks in a reasonable way, based on a tested strategy.
None of the above or the video is advice to traders.
