Filecoin

Filecoin Looking to Breakout of BaseFilecoin hasn't moved yet this crypto bull cycle and is due. It's built a nice base since December last year, and it has a small $1.2B market cap giving it a lot of room to move up once it breaks out. This is a "buy when it's quiet, sell when it's loud" play. Buy now when nobody has noticed it yet and sell it when it gets attention and doubles or triples. If you believe in the coin you might hold it for price discovery if/when it gets over $100... who knows it might be another 10x crypto. I don't know much about it fundamentally, but I notice it has high developer growth according to this recent study (see page 49): www.slideshare.net This is not investment advice, I'm not a financial adviser. Filecoin is ready! Question is when?One area that blockchain is definitely useful and needed is storage space. Filecoin is a great project and is supported by all major exchanges and has really strong technological fundamentals. It is very slow and not much to do technical analysis. But I like the chart setup and think it can go up anytime considering all big investors like Grayscale, Winklevoss brothers are buying this and actively promoting it in their Twitter account. FILBTC to pump in near-termFILBTC head & shoulders at base/bottom + double bottom. FILUSD recently broke out of falling wedge. (1H) Double bottom pattern might be arguable and not exact/accurate (around 200 pips in difference) Already opened two long positions on last test of support at 0.00067 Filecoin, which works on top of the IPFS protocol, is still low marketcap for what it fundamentally is, so you know. Knowing the current total storage space of the network is 1.000 petabytes or 1 billion gigabytes.

Filecoin - Breaking out, or more down?While I'm bullish long-term with Filecoin, it's been brutal watching this project battered and left for dead. And dead they most certainly are not. Filecoin has launched it's mainnet, and it's creator also created IPFS, a decentralized file storage mechanism that's quickly becoming more and more popular, This is bullish for Filecoin. So is Filecoin's narrative - decentralized file storage - at just the time when the world needs a decentralized alternative to Amazon and other centralized providers. I'll believe the baby uptrend I'm seeing on the 15 minute chart if it can breach our trendline and find support above it. Otherwise, we retest 20 at minimum and probably below, just to demoralize holders some more.
