EURJPY 4hour Analysis January 9th, 2021EURJPY Bullish Idea Weekly Trend: Bullish Daily Trend: Bullish 4hour Trend: Bullish Trade scenario 1: We are looking steady bullish here on EJ and it looks like it will continue this way for the week ahead. Ideally we can spot a higher low above 131.350 with strong bullish setups to enter on. Look to target higher toward 132.750 Trade scenario 2: If we see a reversal from current resistance look for a lower high below 130.850 before entering short.

USDJPY 4hour Analysis January 9th, 2021USDJPY Bullish Idea Weekly Trend: Bullish Daily Trend: Bullish 4hour Trend: Bullish Trade scenario 1: We are extremely over extended here on UJ. For us to enter long we need to see a pullback with a structure forming higher low. Keep in mind that UJ is still overall bullish as long as we’re above 114.150. Trade scenario 2: No short opportunities are available yet. We would need to see a massive amount of bearish pressure breaking through support levels as low as 114.150 first.

We’re consolidating nicely just below 83.250 but we need to see some conviction to confirm more downward movement. Look for strong bearish candles below 83.250 and target toward 81.500 support. Trade scenario 2: For us to clearly see AJ as bullish we need to see a higher low above 83.250.

Overall we are bullish but until we can see a break of the range we really have no clear direction. Look for a higher low above 96.300 to confirm DXY bullish again. Trade scenario 2: If we are to consider DXY bearish again we would need to see a lower high below 95.800 support.

From here it’s very likely price action will continue bullish toward resistance near 1825.00 where we will look for reactions.
