Formation
BTC/USDT | Daily | Porabability for Head and ShouldersIn this daily view I am noticing a pattern which is known as head and shoulders which is one of the strongest trend reversal formations in trading.
Be careful bulls, since the head has 10% gain which means if we break under the support zone we will see a drop of the price of around 10% to the target zone marked in green(the zone below)

AMPL/USDT Double Bottom Formation, 2x Profit Probability!I've been following this chart for almost months, but since I'm not actively on the crypto exchange, I can't take advantage of these opportunities. Actually, I should have shared this chart months ago, but I forgot. It seems too late to buy now, but we may still have a chance.
If we look at the other double bottom formations, it was realized with a slightly longer interval. Even if we look at the bottom, we see structures with double needles. Maybe the last double bottom I showed could be single of the double bottom formation. Therefore, we can see a decrease to 0.75-80 levels again. If it stays above 200EMA (Purple line) maybe it can go directly to 1.70 levels. Both possibilities are positive, but for those who can't buy it like me, it would be good for it to drop once again. If it were me, I would put my limit order at numbers like 0.80 and wait. Also, none of what I've said here is investment advice.
Additionally, it has taken a very resilient stance towards BTC. Yes, it fell more than 50 per cent but that helped our technique work. As low as 0.50, buyers recovered this price and retreated to the main zone. I think this fake breakout shows us that there are still a lot of buyers and they are resistant to BTC dominance. So I would trade with stop-loss. As a sell order, 1.60-1.70 levels look very perfect. Of course, there is no such thing as it will come out, but he has tested it 3 times. In fact, this time (if it comes out) it can go above the 1.70 level and break the big resistance. Your every investment is your responsibility. I hope all your trades will be profitable. I wish you a good day!
I trust the AMPL...
BTCUSDT is creating an important triangle 🦐BTCUSDT is creating an important triangle between the weekly structures. The structure is like a bearish pennant, but IF the price will have a breakout from weekly resistance, we can see a retest on 44k, otherwise, if the price will lose the weekly support, we can see a retest on the next weekly support, around 20k.
The best way is to wait for the next move.
Bearish pennant
Bearish pennants are continuation patterns that mark a pause in the movement of a price halfway through a strong downtrend, offering you an opportunity to go short.
They occur just after a sharp drop in price and resemble a triangular flag as the price moves sideways, making gradually lower highs and higher lows. The downtrend then continues with another similar-sized fall in price.

DXY IS FORMING A BULLISH SIGNTechnical Overview:
Dollar Index is trading since few weeks in a falling wedge and losses are marginal which can mean reversal.
From the Experts point of view now we can see the first bullish sign from the index with a break above the wedge’s resistance at price 90.000
And analysts predict also a short-term horizontal resistance in play at this moment and if this is broken also we can see a correction in USD pairs

V-bottom formationAs you can see this looks a lot as V-bottom formation which usually break over the neckline, retests it and then pumps. In this case, since the V is cut at 3/4 from a resistance/support zone I think this will work as "neckline".
To be sure my theory is right we just have to see if once price retests the zone, if it bounces back then resistance has became support and our target might be reached.
The squeeze momentum indicator shows clearly that the V bottom is where most of the downward squeeze was released as it should be in these cases. Currently the upward momentum (confirmed by ADX+DI, not shown here) should be charging before exploding.
Basically if we bounce off the resistance zone you can jump in.
M - formation to be completed on EUR/NZD (daily chart)Hello guys and girls,
her my expectation for the next movement in EUR/NZD.
The grey path tool shows the spotted M formation, that in my opinion
not fully completed jet.
Entry confirmation:
Price formed a potential double bottom right at the weekly uptrend line.
Plus a long wick peaked under the daily resistance and came right back up.
Please feel free to commend, if you got the same or an other opinion on this current
situation in EUR/NZD.
Greetings
Jens
The Aussies: Mind the Wedges!I show what happened after two wedge formations. Note carefully wedges do not rule the market. The create probabilities not predictions. Wedges do fail.
There is hardly ever a perfect wedge pattern. The most recent one doesn't look too great. Price can fall out of a wedge and rock back in as you will see. Therefore trendlines drawn have to be estimates.
From experience only, recovery from the base of wedges - when the happen tend to get closer to the notional apex of the wedge or exceed them. As I said, there is no rule - because these formations do not rule the markets.
Wedges often don't work. These descending wedges shown are in a bull market, hence the expectation is for price to recover. This market could be collapsing when looked at from a higher time frame. Therefore, I do not expect a good retracement up on the most recent wedge. But I'm always happy to be surprised. My strategy here, is to follow a 5 to 10 min trend up as far as it will go. That means, no targets.
I am aware of much that has been written about wedges out there by many a guru. I do my own thing with these formations. I also know that wedges go by different names. Call it what you want - the important issue is the general shape. I am not a wedge expert.

EURGBP - What Is a Pennant?What Is a Pennant?
In technical analysis, a pennant is a type of continuation pattern formed when there is a large movement in a security, known as the flagpole, followed by a consolidation period with converging trend lines—the pennant—followed by a breakout movement in the same direction as the initial large movement, which represents the second half of the flagpole.
Pennants are continuation patterns where a period of consolidation is followed by a breakout used in technical analysis.
It's important to look at the volume in a pennant—the period of consolidation should have lower volume and the breakouts should occur on higher volume.
Most traders use pennants in conjunction with other forms of technical analysis that act as confirmation.
Understanding Pennants
Pennants, which are similar to flags in terms of structure, have converging trend lines during their consolidation period and last from one to three weeks. The volume at each period of the pennant is also important. The initial move must be met with large volume while the pennant should have weakening volume, followed by a large increase in volume during the breakout.
Here's an example of what a pennant looks like:
EURAUD Long (15m/3m)The fundaments for today are in line with a long position on this pair. The state of the market on the 1H was a range, but the price broke this range. Price broke the highest price of yesterday's New York session with 60%. This breach has a fibonacci pullback of 61,8%. on the 3m chart there's a v-formation with several test and sellers getting weak.
BTC seems to be forming a massive BEAR Pennant!!After the blow off this week, it looks like Bitcoin if forming a Bearish Pennant pattern going into the weekend. Stay safe out there, keep those stop-losses tight if you're trading, but I am sitting in Tether until a confirmed break or re-consolidation happens.
BTCUSD Sell J PatternHello Traders! After the 10 consecutive victories in BTCUSD in the month of October, we lost in my previous post. But we will again make a good winning streak with the same strategy.
In my last idea, I posted an educational post about the J pattern. In which I gave the guide on what to do after the J pattern Formation. I have attached that education Chart Below. Click the chart to view.
If we see J pattern(1) you can see it bounced back from the support area which was previously strong resistance. It is Formation 2: Bounce Back. This is the rare scenario of J pattern that I was talking about in which it bounces back from the support.
It is also a rare case where we see J pattern After the J pattern. In J Pattern(2) W1 chart we can see consecutive bullish candles, it is showing that it will give a hard drop as it happened in Gold and it will break the support without any stop. Support is lying at 10,000$ But There is a chance that it can change into a Head and Shoulder Pattern. In Both cases it's a sell.
When to sell when J pattern is Forming?
You can Sell at the First bearish candle or wait for MACD cross or Moving Average cross in D1/D2 chart. First Target For this trade is the 10,000$ support area.
Good Luck Traders. Share your thoughts and ideas below. If you have any questions you can ask in the comment section.
