What is a GOOD ENTRY for GBPCAD???From my previous analysis, we were able to predict a correct BEARISH movement from the formation of a h&s pattern with a breakthrough of the trend support level. After the breakthrough, we could see a strong BEARISH movement downward without any retest either the trend resistance or resistance @1.7255 price level. For now, I do not see GBPCAD having enough strength to retest trend resistance level but I could see a potential short term bullish movement which could bring price level up to 1.7255, testing the resistance level before continuing its BEARISH long term movement. It will be nice to see a nice rejection off 1.7255 before entering a sell. (Also a rejection off middle bollinger band if price level rejects from resistance)

and then the price left the
down trend
The price had a resistance at
1.0782, broke it and now it's
heading towards the resistance at 1.7210
Possible GBPCAD ShortI will look for short positions once more bearish momentum comes, as well as a nice rejection of the 50% fib confirming my sell. London session will most likely bring that. Happy trading!

H4 Chart. More lower lows ahead? As long as price remains below 1.72 then more lower lows are emerging.. until the dynamic support down there by the 1.68 terrain.

GBP/CAD possible reversal area coming into focusGBP/CAD has been battered down by the BEARS as have all GBP pairs for the last 6 weeks. GBP/USD is hovering around WS1 support and GBP/CAD is entering an area of strong support. This area which extends from current market price(1.7190) down to WS1 at 1.7111 is now a key area for GBP/CAD. If all this support fails then expect a stong move south from the BEARS down to 1.6530 area initially.
