GBPJPY: Are Sellers Done?My bias for GJ is still Bullish so I'm looking to buy after the pullback. Price retraced to fill the imbalance and was rejected at the 38.2 fib. I would like to see a deeper retracement down to the discount fib levels.
50 fib (192.68)
62 fib (192)
The 62 fib also has a bullish OB confluence. It is possible that price can push up from our first target at 193.75. Let's be patient and wait for our Bullish confirmations.

GBPJPY H4 - Short Signal GBPJPY H4
For those that watched the market analysis and live charting video, you would have seen us discuss GBPJPY and the 195 psychological price/sell zone. We have since seen this zone tested and subsequently rejected. How much mileage this setup has... I don't know, but if we can break 194.500, we should see a send lower.
A break and candle close around or below 194.500 is important, breaking this H4 and H1 consolidation, EUR and LON session could certainly be enough to drive this setup where is needs to go.
GBPJPY Resume uptrend?Hello traders, GBPJPY after long down trend, the market looks like resumed it's uptrend and may continue to push higher as the price is currently in a strong trend. With daily bullish engulfer, 4h bullish pattern we may GBPJPY is trending higher and we will wait for potential confirmation for this movement.
CHFJPY - Easy 1000pip Trade.. Atleast! Our last CHFJPY over extended a little but it was still valid. Price dropped 1300pips from the break of our entry trendline!
We have now created a correction and looking for another 1000pip drop. There's a chance we may make a complex correction, as indicated on the chart. There is still a 1000pip drop to our first target so this one is definitely one to watch!
Trade Idea:
- Watch for reversal within the fibs
- Entry on break of trendline or you can use lower timeframe BOS or other methods
- once entered, put stops above price
- Target the recent lows as first target (165.5 (1000pips)
- Make sure to taper some positions there and watch to see if we get the complex correction or if we continue dropping.
What do you guys think?
Goodluck and as always, trade safe!
GBPJPY One pullback to give before strong rally.GBPJPY is trading inside a CHannel Up since May 2021.
Having a strong correction in July, the price has stabilized on a shorter term Channel Up.
A similar Channel Up was formed after the previous bottom in January - March 2023 and then the price rallied by +20%.
Expect a similar bullish wave. Buy and target 217.00.

GBPJPYAs per our last mind we asked you guys which pair you want and analysis for. The public has asked for GBPJPY . Here is our view.
As of now, GBPJPY is sitting at our PBA 2 (Pullback Area). If we break above 193.290 (October 1st highs) we will continue to the upside .
However ,
If we break below our PBA 2 192.000 , we could see a downside move to our PBA 1 . Breaks below could also result in lower prices.
We advise you not to enter in any trades until breaks of either 193.290 or 192.000 .
We will send out the update once a break happens.
KEY NOTES
- GBPJPY has fallen to our PBA 2.
- Important levels to break are 193.290 or 192.000.
- Break above 193.290 would confirm higher highs.
- Break below 192.000 would confirm lower lows.
Happy trading!

GBP/JPY BEST PLACE TO SELL FROM|SHORT
Hello, Friends!
Previous week’s green candle means that for us the GBP/JPY pair is in the uptrend. And the current movement leg was also up but the resistance line will be hit soon and upper BB band proximity will signal an overbought condition so we will go for a counter-trend short trade with the target being at 182.891.

GBPJPY Down? - (Update)GBPJPY . Potential short opportunity.
This is an update on the previous analysis we have posted.
We have been waiting on the break of our 192.000 level since our yesterday’s analysis.
We believe that GBPJPY will continue to the downside after coming down to our PBA 2 (Pull Back Area) and breaking it (192.000). Our entry is sitting at the break at 192.000 . Breaking our PBA 1 at 190.000 would be confirming our sells and possible lower lows. Our SL (Stop Loss) is sitting slightly above PBA 2 at 193.590 . Our TP (Take Profit) is at 188.055 .
PARAMETERS
- Entry: 192.000
- SL: 193.590
- TP: 188.055
KEY NOTES
- GBPJPY has broken below our PBA 2.
- Break below 190.000 would confirm our sells
- Break above our SL would result in higher highs and invalidate the trade idea.
Happy trading!

GBPJPY: Bull Flag to start a great rally.GBPJPY is neutral on its 1D technical outlook (RSI = 54.480, MACD = 0.880, ADX = 34.811) as it's been basically consolidating since last Friday with the price ranging around the 1D MA50 and 1D MA200. This consolidation is being done while the 1D RSI shows a Bullish Divergence in a Channel Up. Last time this happened was in March 2023, a Bullish Flag that pushed the price later aggressively to the top of the 2 year Channel Up. We turn heavily bullish on GBPJPY (TP = 220.000).

JPY Surge Ahead Could Trigger a Major Drop in GBB/JPYThe JPY Currency Index (JPYX) is approaching a key demand zone, highlighted in blue on the chart around the 748 level. After a sustained downtrend, this area is likely to serve as support, with a potential bullish reversal indicated by the projected price movement. A bounce off this zone could trigger a strong upward move, targeting higher levels.
However, if the support breaks, further downside momentum may occur. Watching for confirmation of reversal patterns is crucial before entering any long positions. The zone presents a high-probability area for buyers to step in, but patience is required for confirmation.
If the JPYX (Japanese Yen Index) bounces from the current demand zone and strengthens, we can expect the Japanese yen to appreciate. This would likely lead to a bearish impact on GBP/JPY, as a stronger yen typically causes a decrease in GBP/JPY price. The yen’s strength would outweigh the British pound, pushing the pair lower.
On the other hand, if the JPYX breaks through this support level and weakens further, the yen would depreciate, driving GBP/JPY higher as the pound strengthens relative to the yen.
Key points to watch:
A JPYX bounce could trigger a GBP/JPY drop.
A JPYX decline might result in a GBP/JPY rise.
The exact impact will depend on the strength of the yen's reaction and how the pound performs during this period.

EMOTIONS! Chapter-2In trading, emotions can easily become your biggest enemy, and it's crucial to understand that “you are your own opponent.” The market isn’t against you—it’s neutral, driven by global forces like supply and demand, economic policies, and geopolitical events. It doesn’t care whether you win or lose. The real battle is internal, and your success depends on your ability to manage your emotional responses. Emotions like fear, greed, frustration, and overconfidence are powerful forces that, if left unchecked, can lead to impulsive decisions and costly mistakes. The key to thriving in the forex market is learning how to control those emotions, because if you don’t, they will control you.
I learned this lesson the hard way back in 2016. At the time, I had just started gaining confidence after a string of successful trades. That confidence quickly turned into greed. I started taking bigger risks, convinced that I was riding a winning streak. Then, things turned. The market shifted, and I began losing trades. Instead of stepping back and re-evaluating, I panicked. I felt this urgent need to recover my losses, so I started chasing the market. Every time I saw an opportunity, I jumped on it without thinking, trading out of desperation rather than strategy. I kept telling myself I could make it all back with just one more trade, but the more I tried, the deeper I sank into losses. It felt like the market was conspiring against me, but the truth was, I was sabotaging myself. I was letting my emotions dictate my decisions, and that was the real problem.
Fear took over when I lost, and greed controlled me when I won. I wasn’t sticking to my trading plan, and I wasn’t thinking rationally. Instead of approaching the market with a clear, calm mindset, I was reacting emotionally to every price movement. It was a vicious cycle—each loss made me more desperate to win, and each win made me more overconfident. I was chasing quick fixes, but in reality, I was only digging a deeper hole. That experience was a painful reminder that in forex trading, the market isn’t there to beat you—it’s neutral. *You beat yourself* by letting emotions cloud your judgment and control your actions.
After that tough period in 2016, I knew something had to change. I realized that emotional control was not just a skill—it was a necessity if I wanted to succeed. I had to stop reacting impulsively and start trading with discipline. The first step was getting back to basics: sticking to my trading plan no matter what. I began to follow my risk management rules strictly, using stop-loss orders to protect myself from the emotional urge to "let a trade ride" in the hope of recovery. I also limited the amount of risk I was willing to take on each trade. Instead of chasing profits, I focused on preserving capital and managing risk.
One of the biggest changes I made was learning to step away when my emotions were running high. If I felt myself getting anxious, frustrated, or overexcited, I would close my trading platform and take a break. This gave me the space to regain perspective and come back with a clearer mind. I also started keeping a trading journal, documenting not just my trades but also how I felt during them. This helped me recognize emotional patterns—like when I was more prone to making impulsive decisions—and take steps to prevent them.
Over time, I developed a deeper understanding of how emotions influence trading. I came to realize that *success in forex isn’t about controlling the market—it’s about controlling yourself.* The market will always be unpredictable, but how you respond to that unpredictability determines your outcome. You can’t let fear make you exit a trade too early, nor can you let greed push you into taking unnecessary risks. By learning to control your emotions, you can make decisions based on logic and strategy rather than impulse. I also learned to embrace patience. Trading is a marathon, not a sprint. The best traders are those who wait for the right opportunities and don’t feel the need to constantly be in the market.
Looking back, that difficult year taught me a vital lesson: the market isn’t out to get you; it’s indifferent. You are the only one who can stand in your own way. By mastering your emotions, you can avoid self-sabotage and make rational, calculated decisions that will lead to long-term success. Now, when I trade, I do so with the understanding that my biggest challenge isn’t the market—it’s keeping my emotions in check. Trading with a clear, calm mind has made all the difference, and I know that no matter what the market throws at me, my success or failure depends on how well I manage myself.
Happy Trading!
