Golden-ratio

BTC key level of 42.2k is a ripple of its "Covid Stimulus" waveAbove Chart is a single wave, in 3 time frames. This wave was started by Covid Stimulus money. That "Impulse" created "Ripples" that still exist. 42,200 has been a clear battle line last few days. It is a very strong ripple, being a "Golden Multiple". Exact touches on both sides prove its existence to all. This is one of MANY waves (and thus fibs) of BTC. The ripples of THIS wave are strong at certain times. Perhaps economic reports and bond yields are moving? Regardless of the cause, the FACTS are: All Traders are again noticing importance of this level. All Indicators will have factored this level in their math. All Algo's will now place orders at or around this level. That is how fibs become MORE relevant with time. What will happen NEXT is just a guess for anyone. But what happens HERE will be highly relevant. There are other fibs and levels that will also play out. Just above this level is a "Genesis" fib at 42.8k to watch. I will post other ideas as we approach other such levels. . Pulse of an asset via Fibonacci: ZM bottom on Genesis 2.618 ?Assets have many Impulses in a lifetime, but only one "Genesis Pulse". Genesis as in "birth", programmed with all of the DNA it will ever have. That Impulse determines the "Sequence" of growth spurts and retraces. Imagine it this way: - Each person that buys some, tells on average 1.618 others to buy. - Like an undulating insect swarm, there will be waves of decisions. - As the swarm grows, the waves' amplitudes grow by 1.618 multiples. At first the swarm blindly "trips" over each of the levels. But soon comes to "remember" the exact position of each. "Indicators" record the turning points, for newborns to see. The 2.618 extension is always a strong one. That magic is simple: 1.618 x 1.618 = 2.618. Thus a strong turn at $105.92 is worth noting. IF the bottom is anywhere NEAR here, then THIS is it. . I do not use "Fibs" in the "traditional" manner (retracements). I use Fibs to plot "Ripples" (extensions) created by "Impulses". Then look for "Confluences" to map the "interference Pattern". Break and successful retest would confirm "Bottom In". Plotted are 3 different fib series from different timeframes. Thick lines are from very high tf so they have the most "gravity". Pulse of an asset via Fibonacci: SPX true 4.236 correction done?"Impulse" is a surge that creates "Ripples", like a pebble into water. Each of the Ripples has precise bounds defined by the "Golden Ratio". Until a new Impulse occurs, the Price oscillates within "Energy Bands". The Golden Ratio is the underlying building block of the entire Universe. From the Arms of a Spiral Galaxy, to the Bones of Your Fingers, it's in there. If there IS a God, then we will surely find Him/Her/It thru the Golden Ratio. Shown here is the SP500 Index, and the correction started by a Covid variant. 500 large companies, each with hundreds of variables, worth trillions of dollars. Yet, the "Answer" to that ridiculously complicated equation is "The Golden Ratio". 4.236 is the most common wave endpoint, so the correction may well be done. The numerous "Pings" along the wave front confirm the validity of the fib series. The "Impulse Core" (the golden pocket) will be the strongest resistance in this area. .
