XLC trade for Meta and Alphabet exposureUsing XLC ETF to get exposure to Meta and Alphabet which is 40% of the fund. Taking advantage of the 61% drop from it's highs in Aug-Sep 2021, eventually the trend will change considering lower leverage of FB and GOOGL which is steady at 1.3 times it's Common Stock. FB has profit margin of 33% in 2021 which is high and has been fairly steady since 2017. Although ROE is sitting at 32% and 30% respectively for FB and GOOGL, the low leverage adds to its attractiveness. Considering we're entering a bear market, fundamentals are playing a key role in these growth stocks.
Weekly Prediction 9-13 May GoogleGoogle
9 - 13 May
The weekly VXGOG-> Volatility Index for Google
Implied = 40.95
In this we have to standard it for weekly session
40.95 / sqrt(52-> 52 weeks in a year) = 5.68%
My historical product is telling me with 1x coficient that the expected movement for this week
E Volatility = 41.19 / sqrt(52) = 5.71%
With this data, from my calculations, when EV > VIX, there were a 83.3% chance that the market
stay within the bottom and top created with the ranged from the E Vol
So for next week this range for us is going to be
TOP - 2447
BOT - 2183
GOOG to be declared a monopoly soon target $742Bill is moving forward with even more support to break up Googles racket of digital advertising which accounts for 80% of income. Bill will make them sell their advertising broker division so they cant set their rates. Government says theyve been marking up as high as 42%.
If this bill passes Google gonna have a 60% drop. They still will have a monopoly on the search engine. So they will likely continue buying up more websites and manipulating results to place thiers up top. Just like they did when they invested in retailmenot and the other coupon sites.
Not financial advice but be careful

GOOGL Earnings Miss | YouTube revenue disappointsYouTube has more than 2bn monthly users.
YouTube revenues rose 14% to $6.9bn, below the $7.5bn expected by analysts.
YouTube revenue disappoints on growing TikTok competition concerns and Ukraine war which impacted YouTube ads.
GOOGL 23% increase in revenue in Q1 to $68bn, but below forecasts for $68.1bn.
In 2021, revenues increased 34%.
Considering the above, future growth is not so sure.
I expect a retracement to the $2100 level.

The Bears Come For Google Well, well, well, this is precisely what I was talking about in my post about big tech. This is just a short post, showing some levels. These overheated stocks are finally getting a taste of profit-taking. Netflix managed to actually break below its 200 week moving average. If Google does the same, another 50%+ drop is possible. On the conservative side, Google can simply head towards the 200 MA and bounce. However, I really think there are some people sitting on enormous profits that have yet to start realizing those gains. Let's see! Will GOOGLE tank another 50-80% from here?
I am of the general opinion that markets will need to return to pre-COVID levels (at best) in order to correct current inflation, and in order for the economy to begin sorting itself out with significant policy change. This is because the market has largely been propped up due to money printing and QE.
This is meant for speculation and entertainment only, not financial advice.
